Si, sicuramente l'immagine dovrà essere cancellata. Non ci sono tempi precisi, di solito si usa il buon senso. Se fra, chessò, una settimana è ancora senza ticket OTRS, chiunque può richiederne la cancellazione. In teoria si spera che chi l'ha caricata non "faccia il furbo" e, una volta capito che non otterrà il permesso, richieda lui stesso la cancellazione (anche perché in caso di grane legali è lui che va nei casini) :) Ciao --Trixt 22:39, 30 October 2007 (UTC)Reply

Per aggiungere il nome dell'artista, vai sulla pagina, clicca su "edit", cambia il testo aggiungendo l'informazione e salva. Fatto. Vai poi sulla pagina di richiesta di cancellazione, e chiedi la chiusura della procedura per avere fornito quanto richiesto. A patto che l'artista fosse morto piu' di 70 anni fa, ovviamente. Se non conosci l'artista, come regola empirica e prudenziale non caricare nessuna opera d'arte costruita dal perido fascista (compreso) in poi. Se lo fai, lo fai sapendo che rischia la cancellazione.

Se una foto è stata già cancellata non c'è problema: se hai verificato che aveva il diritto di stare in quanto opera di artista morto piu' di 70 anni fa, vai sulla pagina cancellata ed apri una procedura di "undelete" (ripristino) in questa pagina spiegando la ragione per cui la chiedi. Non appena un adm visiterà la lista delle richieste di undelete potrà o ripristinarla subito, o chiederti ulteriori dettagli.

La regola da seguire per le immagini da caricare è semplicissima: nessuna immagine di un'opera (scultura, pittura, mosaico, edificio, fotografia, brano musicale...) creata da un artista morto da meno di 70 anni ed esposta in Italia, anche in pubblico, può essere pubblicata su Commons senza il consenso scritto o suo o degli eredi. Il permesso dell'artista, una volta ottenuto, va inviato secondo quanto puoi leggere sulla pagina Commons:OTRS. E' un poco complicato, ma la procedura è giustificata dal fatto che una volta pubblicata su Commons un'immagine diventa di pubblico dominio e può essere usata per qualsiasi uso, incluso quello commerciale. Poiché per legge i diritti commerciali sulle immagini di un'opera d'arte appartengono all'artista (e non al suo proprietario) è necessario che tale rinuncia ai propri diritti da parte dell'artista sia fatta in modo formale ed esplicito.

Approfitto dell'occasione per chiederti di indicare sempre gli artisti delle opere d'arte che carichi, specie se si tratta di artisti e di opere poco conosciute. Un'enciclopedia serve proprio a questo: a conoscere cose che non si sanno già. A questo scopo, sarebbe importante che quando carichi immagini di una città tu aggiunga sempre la categoria con il nome della città, in modo che chi è interessato possa trovare tutte le immagini su quella città tutte assieme. Per esempio, qui Image:Ferla Panorama.JPG in fondo dovresti aggiungere: [[Category:Ferla]]. Ricorda che Commons ha 2 milioni di immagini, e aumentano ogni giorno: le immagini senza categrie divengono sempre più difficili da ripescare, nel marasma generale. A poco a poco anche una richiesta col motore di ricerca può darti centinaia di risultati, e molti possono stancarsi prima di essere arrivati alla foto fatta da te. Esempio di Ferla edit

Ciao, aiutarsi a vicenda fa parte della logica di Commons. Oggi tocca me, domani a te. Ieri altri hanno aiutato me, domani aiuterai altri tu. E così via.

Rispetto alla domanda che mi fai. Noto che tu consideri l'inserimento in una galleria (quella che tu chiami una "pagina") come alternativo all'inserimento in una categoria. Non lo è. Le gallerie permettono una presentazione più ordinata, ed anche steticamente più gradevole, con un minimo commento al di sotto dell'immagine. Ma richiedono anche molta pazienza e molto lavoro, perché vanno aggiornate a mano, foto per foto, didascalia per didascalia. Le categorie sono invece molto più rozze, non hanno didascalie sotto le foto ed elencano i files per ordine alfabetico di titolo (cioè, più o meno alla rinfusa), tuttavia vengono create in modo automatico e vengono gestite dal software senza la minima perdita di tempo per chi carica l'immagine. Quando carichi molte foto tutte in una volta, sbatterle tutte in una categoria non costa il minimo sforzo (tutti noi copiamo-e-incolliamo il testo, quando carichiamo tante foto tutte assieme, e aggiungere una riga con la categoria costa uno sforzo zero).

Avendo tempo, l'ideale è fare entrambe le cose. Esempio creato da me: Palaces in Milan (galleria) e Category:Palaces in Milan (categoria). Avendone poco, a mio parere è meglio mettere almeno la categoria (la galleria la puoi sempre creare in un secondo momento). Perché il rischio è che quando le foto saranno dieci milioni invece che i due attuali (e da quando ho iniziato a collaborare io, un anno, fa l'aumento è stato del 100%. Valuta un po' tu...) andare a beccare una singola foto senza una qualche indicizzazione sarà un problema. Le foto categorizzate tendono col tempo ad essere ulteriormente e meglio ricategorizzate da chi, come me, periodicamente fa un lavoro di smistamento delle categorie molto affollate. Quelle non categorizzate, invece, restano nel loro limbo in attesa che qualcuno si accoga di loro. Su Commons abbiamo foto bellissime di opere rarissime, inutilizzate perché chi ha caricato si è dimenticato di citare l'autore del quadro, oppure il suo soggetto. Ricordati che per trovare una informazione, occorre che l'informazione ci sia...

Infine ci siamo capiti male. Non è che su wikipedia puoi sbattere tutto quello che su Commons non va. E' la legge ITALIANA che ci impone certi limiti. Quindi vale a maggior ragione sulla Wikipedia italiana. Il succo del discorso che hai letto è che, a certe condizioni, un limitato uso di alcune immagini, da valutare caso per caso, è ammissibile. La vera quadratura del cerchio è andare dagli artisti e chiedere loro il permesso di pubblicazione. Sono certo che, specie nel caso di artisti non famosissimi, loro siano più che felici di vedere valorizzare il loro lavoro. Se tu hai modo di contattarli di persona, è un piccolo sforzo che può dare grandi risultati, perché magari sarà l'artista stesso a suggerirti altre cose da caricare su Commons, o permetterti di fotografare opere a cui altrimenti non avresti avuto accesso. Quindi, se conosci i due artisti in questione, chiedi loro il permesso, a quel punto potrai caricare quanto e quel che vuoi dove ti pare.

Per degradare una immagine è sufficiente usare un programma di editing, come Gimp, che puoi scaricare gratis dalla Rete (è open source). Basta ridurre le dimensioni e, se la foto è ad alta risoluzione, diminuire la sua risoluzione (esempio, 75 dpi invece di 300). Ma siccome la legge non specifica cosa si intenda per "bassa" (per me che lavoro in un giornale, tutto quello che è sotto i 300 è "bassa"... ma su internet tutto quello che è sopra i 75 è "alta"... fai un po' tu) ci anrei cauto con questa stora del degradare.

Buona la galleria, anche se sono tre le foto che a mio parere non possono stare. Prendiamola dal lato buono: questo implica che tutte le altre non dovrebbero creare problemi.

Per arricchire la galleria con titoli e sottotitoli, usa il solito sistema: ==Esempio di titolo==, ===Esempio di sottotitolo==. Per mettere i titoli sotto alle singole foto, basta scrivere la barra verticale e il titolo, così: |Didascalia che vuoi scrivere.

Per le tue domande. Le foto comprate nel 1987 non le puoi caricare. Per Commons vale la regola dei 70 anni dalla morte dell'autore, e non è questo il caso. A meno che il fotografo ti abbia ceduto in modo permanente i diritti, cosa che nel 1987 avveniva anche tramite la cessione dei negativi. Tuttavia, a mio parere, questo caso (luogo non piu' accessibile al pubblico, e che forse non verrà mai piu' riaperto) potrebbe rientrare in quelli previsti dalla "Exhempion policy" (EDP) di Wikipedia Italia, quindi ti invito a discuterne là il tuo quesito, e caricare eventualmente là UNA foto di quella grotta. Se lo stemma del comune di Solarino da te fotografato risale al 1830, allora è stata prodotta prima dell'entrata in vigore della Convenzione di Berna, quindi puoi usare senza problemi la licenza {{PD-Old}} ("nel pubblico dominio per via dell'età"). Se invece si tratta di una immagine moderna che riproduce quello stemma, vale la regola dei 70 anni dalla morte dell'artista che l'ha realizzata. Stemma Solarino. Se il disegno è quello del 1830 e lo stemma non è piu' quello ufficiale ed in uso, allora non conta come lo riproduci (fotografia, fotocopia ecc) ma solo il fatto che dopo oltre 170 anni è ormai un documento di pubblico dominio e senza limiti di utilizzo. Quindi lo puoi riprodurre come vuoi, con ogni mezzo di tua scelta, ricordandoti solo il fatto che gli stemmi e le insegne delle pubbliche autorità, SE sono ancora validi e in uso (come il secondo stemma di cui mi parli), hanno limitazioni di utilizzo (NON puoi scrivere "POLIZIA" sulla fiancata della tua macchina e dipingertela di bianco e blu... per intenderci.. e credo che tu ne capisca da solo il motivo). Tuttavia per lo stemma del 1830 la licenza PD-Old è perfetta, direi.
Stemma vigente. Comportati come con gli altri stemmi italiani che vedi su Commons. Su Commons non puoi però usare il concetto di "fair use", quindi caricalo su Wikipedia italiana (come EDP, direi).
Gonfalone. Il problema non è tanto con chi lo abbia fatto, bensì con il Comune che lo ha commissionato. Come ti ho detto, le insegne delle autorità (e questa lo è indubbiamente) hanno una disciplina a parte, per evitare che qualcuno ne abusi. Io quindi personalmente eviterei di caricarlo. Oppure, al limite, lo carichi e ne discutiamo nella Village pump per vedere cosa ne pensano gli altri, sul fatto di tenerlo o meno. Magari lo teniamo... anche se qualche dubbietto sul fatto che possa restare ce l'ho.
Le foto che creano problemi sono queste tre:

Direi che il problema certo sia solo con le prime due, mentre la lista dei sindaci è uno di quei casi MOLTO discutibili per i quali io terrei la foto facendo finta di nulla, se poi qualcuno contesterà, vedremo. Le prime due invece sono palesemente opere recenti, quindi la loro cancellazione è solo questione di tempo (non l'ho già richiesta io stesso perché sei nuovo e non volevo scoraggiarti). La sola soluzione è chiedere all artista o ai suoi eredi il permesso di pubblicazione. Gli altri sono solo escamotages, che prima o poi non reggeranno... Cmq, t ripeto che per quanto vedo io tutte le altre foto della tua galleria mi pare che soddisfino a tutte le richieste di Commons (gli altri monumenti recenti che pubblichi, come il ponte o l'invaso, non hanno pregio architettonico, quindi non rientrano nella legge sul diritto d'autore), quindi non dovresti avere ulteriori "sorprese".
