Bonjour,

Je vois que tu as importé pas mal de dessins de ce créateur assortis d'une licence libre.

Si je vais sur le site, toutes ses images sont copyrightées ex :Image:Dagon.jpg sur le site là, mais c'est valable aussi pour les autre.

Mais peut être as tu obtenu une autorisation de l'auteur, auquel cas il faudrait le mentionné explicitement sur chaque page.

Je suis désolé pour le travail que tu as fourni, mais si l'auteur n'a pas fourni d'autorisation, tu devra demandé la suppression de ces images.

J'avais démarché l'auteur par courriel, qui m'avais ensuite donné son autorisation par le même biais puis envoyé les images qui sont actuellement sur commons. Dois-je simplement mentionner que l'auteur m'a autorisé via courceiel d'utiliser ses illustrations sous licence libre pour Wikipédia, copier les discussions que l'on a eu, ou bien es-ce qu'il y a encore une procédure supplémentaire (du type liste des illustrateurs ayant autorisé WP d'utiliser certaines de leurs images) ?

Au niveau de chaque dessin, il faut que tu justifies l'autorisation obtenue dans le descriptif et tu dois mettre en ligne l'autorisation obtenue (avec les échanges de texte de préférence), tu peux t'inspirer de çà Image:Mini-bulker loading scrap iron.jpg et là User:Korrigan/Autorisation marine-marchande.net.

Attention, il faut bien formuler la demande en précisant bien les conséquences de l'acceptation en particulier dans sur la libre reprise par autrui y compris à titre commercial. S tu as tout cela, c'est magnifique car en création artistique actuelle, c'est toujours assez délicat d'obtenir quelque chose. Oxam Hartog 13:04, 27 August 2006 (UTC)Reply

J'ai vu l'autorisation, pour moi, elle appelle une remarque, L'auteur te donnes bien son accord pour une publication sur WP (comme tu lui as demandé. Mais je ne suis pas sur qu'il saisisse bien que l'acceptation vaut aussi pour la redistribution à l'identique (identique = même licence) et la possibilité d'un usage commercial (pour des vignettes, la portée de perte financière pour le créateur est très limité). En mettant ses document sous les licences indiquées tu autorises de fait tout cela. A mon avis, il faut l'accord conscient donc écrit du créateur là-dessus. Regardes bien le document du Korrigan User:Korrigan/Autorisation marine-marchande.net il est vraiment explicite dans sa demande.

Je t'embètes avec tout cela mais je crois que l'honneteté vis à vis du créateur le nécessite, surtout qu'en l'état, je pense que quelqu'un peut encore contester la licence. Bon, je ne suis pas non plus un spécialiste de tout cela sur le fond du fond et peut être devrais tu prendre un second conseil auprès d'un expert. Oxam Hartog 22:01, 29 August 2006 (UTC)Reply

Bonjour, je viens ajouter mon grain de sel à la demande de Oxam (ex-Lundeux). En effet, pour l'instant l'auteur autorise l'utilisation de l'image sur l'article, ce qui n'est pas suffisant : une image de Commons doit pouvoir être réutilisée par n'importe qui, même commercialement, et éventuellemet modifiée (c'est ce que disent les Creative Commons citées sur la page). J'ai renvoyé un courriel à l'auteur en précisant les licences employées (GFDL, CC-BY-SA 2.5,2.0,1.0) et les conséquences sur un éventuel usage commercial et les possibles modifications de ses oeuvres (en précisant également que son nom sera toujours mentionné en tant qu'auteur originel). La source est bien mentionnée, mais il n'y a pas de preuve que l'auteur ou le détenteur des droits ait accepté de placer le fichier sous la licence qui figure sur la page de description du fichier. Merci de fournir un lien vers une page appropriée contenant les informations nécessaires, ou envoyez un email contenant une copie de la permission écrite à OTRS.
