Überschreiben von Grafiken

Hallo Con-struct. Es ist OK für mich, wenn du meine Förderungsgrafiken (z. B. File:Silver - world production trend.svg) mit einer aktualisierten Version überschreibst. Ganz schlecht finde ich hingegen, dass du eine Überschrift hinzufügst. In Artikeln werden Grafiken jeweils mit einer passenden Bildlegende eingefügt, so dass eine Überschrift redundant ist. In nicht-englischsprachigen Wikipedias stört dies noch mehr. --Leyo 06:42, 21 August 2013 (UTC)

Danke für die neue Version. Bei File:Cadmium - world production trend.svg ist die Überschrift noch da.

Magst du eigentlich bei den deutschsprachigen Versionen jeweils nicht auch eine aktualisierte Version drüberladen? Die Änderung der Achsenbeschriftung gäbe ja nicht so viel zu tun. --Leyo 08:53, 26 August 2013 (UTC)

Danke für Deine Infos. Die primären Aussagen sind u. a., signifikante vordergründige Darstellungselemente (Informationen: Text, Linien, etc.) zu vermeiden. Zum Einsatz von (dezenten) Hintergrundfarben sehe ich von E.T. (The Visual Display …) und im Artikel keine Kritik. --Con-struct 21:23, 4 September 2013 (UTC)

Tuftes Buch The Visual Display of Quantitative Information, welches wir uns an einem Kurs angeschaut hatten, ist leider bei Google Books nicht im Volltext verfügbar. Da (Seite 2) oder da steht beispielsweise etwas dazu. Noch besser als weiss fände ich übrigens einen transparenten Hintergrund (wie in meinen Ursprungsversionen), der die Weiternutzung flexibler macht. --Leyo 06:33, 5 September 2013 (UTC)

Ich meinte, einen geeigneten dezenten Hintergrund hier gefunden zu haben. Eine Auseinandersetzung ist dieser nicht wert, weshalb ich ihn wieder entfernen werde. Dennoch, "Data graphics should draw the viewer’s attention to the sense and substance of the data, not to something else." von E.T. kann nicht die einzige Wahrheit sein. Die Aussage ließe sich auf viele andere Dinge übertragen. In Speisekarten interessieren uns nur die Speisen, dennoch können farbige Drucke schöner sein. Uhren informieren uns nur über die Zeit, aber die Wenigsten haben eine schlichte Bahnhofsuhr zu Hause. Infoboxen in der WP sind farbig gestaltet, usw.

Bei welcher Verwendung wären transparente Hintergründe besser? In der deutschen WP bekommen diese Bilder leider einen leicht grauen Hintergrund. --Con-struct (talk) 19:49, 5 September 2013 (UTC)

Ein Hintergrund mit Farbverlauf ist für mich nicht wirklich dezent, sondern lenkt ab. Text wie die von dir erwähnten Speisekarten ist IMHO weniger anfällig auf Ablenkung als Grafiken. Bei gewöhnlichen Uhren ist das Ablesen der Zeit so einfach, dass das Design oft fast wichtiger ist und auch solche Modelle verkauft werden. ;-)

Mit Weiternutzung meinte ich die Nutzung ausserhalb von Wikipedia. Also etwa in einer Präsentation, einem (wissenschaftlichen) Poster, usw. Ein transparenter Hintergrund macht eine solche Verwendung flexibler. Auf Transparenz bestehen tue ich aber nicht. --Leyo 08:29, 6 September 2013 (UTC)

Tabelle der Verfahrenstechnische Symbole

Hallo Con-struct, ich bin gerade dabei, die Symbole, welche überwiegend von Snipre stammen, zu einer Tabelle zusammenzufügen. Ich besitze die Norm EN 10628 jedoch nicht. Könntest du, der schon , und angepasst hast, einmal darüberschauen?--Kopiersperre (talk) 13:18, 15 May 2014 (UTC)

SVG Chart

I am trying to fix the position of text in charts, but the parameters XAxisValueDYlibrsvg, + YAxisValueDYlibrsvg do not seem to do anything. They copy the value into a tspan parameter, but it is closed instead of made to surround the text. So if I put in 5 for YAxisValueDYlibrsvg, I get:

But this does not move the text at all, because I believe that none of the <tspan xxxxyyyy/> parameters do anything - they need to enclose something, for example:

I do not think that any of the <tspan dx/y="xxx"/> elements do anything at all.

In dem R+I-Fließbild https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/R%26I-Flie%C3%9Fschema#/media/File:Pump_with_tank_pid_de.svg fehlt der PLT-Kreis für die Ansteuerung der Antriebsmaschine. Die PCE-Kennzeichnung dafür beginnt mit dem Buchstaben "N". Danach wird unterschieden, ob es sich um eine Steuerung handelt (NS), eine (Drehzahl-)Regelung (NC) oder eine Kombination aus beiden (NSC).
