Zdjecia edit

Zdjecia moga jedynie publikowac jedyni spadkobiercy, chyba ze _kazdy_ spadkobierca sie zgodzi. Jesli autor jest nieznany, to musi minac 70 lat od daty opublikowania, ale liczac pelne lata, czyli zdjecie wykonane 1 stycznia 1939 mozna publikowac 1 stycznia 2010. Jesli autor jest znany, musi minac 70 lat od jego smierci. To samo sie tyczy wycinkow z gazet. Wzglednie zdjecia (nie ryciny!) obejmuje inne prawo, ale jedynie gdy nie podane zastrzezenie praw autorskich. Zwykle to jest cos w stylu "all rights reserved" czy "wszelkie prawa zastrzezone". Przy starych gazetach nikt sie tym nie przejmowal, wiec w wiekszosci (wszystkie?) zdjecia mozna wrzucac. Szablon do tego przypadku to {{PD-Polish}}.
