Re: Foto in copyviol

Ti segnalo che in caso di file sospetti puoi usare il link "Proponi per la cancellazione" nella barra laterale, è tutto automatico e molto semplice. Se come in questo caso sei sicuro del copyviol ("opera propria" lol) puoi apporre il template {{speedydelete |1=motivo}} nella pagina di ogni foto... Juventus 1971-72

Mi lascia solo perplesso che partita è. Nel 1971-72 la Juventus ha giocato a Milano il 31 ottobre 1971 e il 2 gennaio 1972, in entrambi i casi a maniche lunghe. A fine campionato ha giocato a Milano in Coppa Italia contro entrambe, e ciò giustificherebbe le maniche corte, ma in porta c'era Piloni, non Carmignani, e in campo c'erano Longobucco, Cuccureddu e Roveta, non Spinosi, Marchetti e Salvadore... -- SERGIO ^{(aka the Blackcat)} 19:00, 17 July 2016 (UTC)

Okkio, il file in oggetto è sì PD e va bene, ma non era anonimo. Non poteva essere, ovviamente, del 1971 anche se non si poteva dire subito, vedendo solo la mezza foto: c'era Lodetti, che andò via dal Milan nel 1970 (e per tale ragione perse il Mondiale del Messico). In realtà è il derby di ritorno del 1969-70 che si giocò con un insolito nevischio a Milano per essere a marzo inoltrato. -- SERGIO ^{(aka the Blackcat)} 14:32, 15 April 2017 (UTC)

PD-Italy files

Hi. Your user talk speaks for itself... If a file respects the Italian law for it.wikipedia, It is not said to be the same for Wikipedia Commons (and for the laws of different countries in the world). For example: in it.wikipedia a PD-Italy file must be prior to 1996; in Commons, a similar PD-Italy file must be prior to 1976! I will do as I please with my own user page thank your! I didn't use PD-Italy when i originally uploaded the files, but another user (JuTa) said i needed a tag and edited my uploads and added PD-Italy. Anyway how can you have two different sets of rules for websites that are available worldwide? Italian wikipedia is a worldwide website. It's not restricted to Italy. I can access it in the uk. Round 2 of Picture of the Year 2017 is open!

Dear Danyele,

Wikimedia Commons is happy to announce that the second round of the 2017 Picture of the Year competition is now open. This year will be the twelfth edition of the annual Wikimedia Commons photo competition, which recognizes exceptional contributions by users on Wikimedia Commons. Wikimedia users are invited to vote for their favorite images featured on Commons during the last year (2017) to produce a single Picture of the Year.

Hundreds of images that have been rated Featured Pictures by the international Wikimedia Commons community in the past year were entered in this competition. These images include professional animal and plant shots, breathtaking panoramas and skylines, restorations of historical images, photographs portraying the world's best architecture, impressive human portraits, and so much more.

There are two total rounds of voting. In the first round, you voted for as many images as you liked. In Round 1, there were 1475 candidate images. There are 58 finalists in Round 2, comprised of the top 30 overall as well as the top 2 from each sub-category.

In the final round, you may vote for a maximum of three images. The image with the most votes will become the Picture of the Year 2017.

Round 2 will end on 22 July 2018, 23:59 UTC.

Dubbio su licenza

Ciao @Alexmar983: e @Blackcat: , posso chiedervi una consulenza? :-) Sono in dubbio su come licenziare più correttamente il File:1980s-Inspired AC Milan's Wordmark.png che ho appena caricato: essendo ispirato al wordmark utilizzato dall'AC Milan tra gli anni 80 e 90 - ispirato ma differente (vedi font, spaziature e taglio orizzontale) -, ma cmq realizzato materialmente da me, l'ho inserito sotto licenza {{Cc-zero}} con cui rivendico l'esecuzione materiale del file ma rinuncio a qualsiasi pretesa - essendo un file ispirato a un altro creato da altri in passato. Ho poi cmq inserito in più la licenza {{PD-textlogo}}, essendo un logotipo composto da semplici lettere. Va bene come l'hai fatto, @Danyele: , il testo non è copyrightable a meno non sia un font particolarmente elaborato, ma stiamo parlando di un Helvetica bold inclinato con una riga bianca in mezzo. Scusa ma ero a raccogliere olive, o ti avrei risposto prima di cena. Per me quella cobinazione di testo e immagine non è in nessun modo originale, e quindi la tua licenza, confermo, mi sebra appropriata. Mi chiedo peraltro se abbia senso specificare una licenza personale in questo caso oppure no. Secondo me basta la seconda, ogni licenza che richieda un minimo di riconoscimento personale sarebbe incoerente.--Alexmar983 (talk) 18:01, 26 October 2018 (UTC)

Rally di Sanremo-Sestriere

Non so la posizione di FIA o ACI (ma è determinante poi?) ma secondo me andrebbero categorizzati assieme, non tanto per questa fonte, che sono sicuro tu conoscerai bene e converrai sia una "Bibbia" o forse LA bibbia dei risultati, ma per il fatto che proprio nel 70 e 71 il rally era nel campionato del mondo e in qualsiasi parte tu vada a controllare nei resoconti del Campionato Internazionale Costruttori tale presenza è attribuita al "Rally di Sanremo" in generale (a parte il nome che ovviamente per quei due anni è "Sanremo-Sestriere"). Ovviamente quello che tu dici è vero, anche perchè hai più esperienza di me dei rally ante-90 :). Per me metterli separati è complicare le categorie categoria sapendo che in fin dei conti trattasi dello stesso rally anche se negli anni ha subito qualche modifica, ma quello che dici non è sbagliato concettualmente, sia chiaro.--Lou6977 (talk) 19:27, 21 April 2019 (UTC)

That template - which I've been using since years, you're the first to give me a similar remark - only show for first the "Italian" description, if you set the access' site through an Italian account; for all the other languages, the English description is shown for first automatically. What's the problem?

I have never run into that template before, thanks for informing me. It seems like a helpful convenience in some ways, but I could see where it could also be helpful to have the descriptions visible in more than one language so multilingual editors would notice any discrepancies. I saw your reply. The original file is dual-licensed under the GFDL and CC BY 4.0. You only licensed your cropped version under the GFDL, which is no longer permitted. Looking at the diff, I see that you had originally written {{GFDL|cc-by-4.0}} as the license. Template:GFDL does not take in another license like that, so it displays {{GFDL}} with no alternative license. Mea culpa for not double-checking the actual wikitext, and my apologies. Solo vorrei precisare che dalla cronologia su Commons era chiaro che tu l'avevi caricata su it.wiki e che io l'avevo esportata su Commons (il tuo nome risultava perché l'esportazione mantiene anche la cronologia originale) quindi se tu non mi avessi segnalato l'errore la responsabilità sarebbe rimasta unicamente mia. Sì ma infatti l'esportazione in genere non è consigliabile, perché può generare confusione, io negli ultimi giorni l'avevo provata perché non funzionava CommonsHelper (ora funziona di nuovo) ma che io sappia non è una pratica standard. Comunque davvero non mi ero accorto dell'anno, per qualche ragione ieri sera avevo in testa "PD 1998" anziché "PD 1996", sarà stata la stanchezza, per fortuna me l'hai fatto notare subito tu. Deletion of PD-Italy photos taken before 1976

Ciao Danyele !

My Italian is poor so I prefer to write in English (sono francese).

I published several photos taken in Italy before 1976 and sometimes someone ask for their deletion. They pretend that the origin of the photographer or agency matters and also if the first publication was not in Italy is essential. But the official italian law (Legge 22 aprile 1941 n. 633) does not make a difference or does not précise these matters. According to this rules, any "non artistic" photography taken in Italy before 1976 is PD.
