Hallo Dr. Frank Gaeth, nachdem ich mitbekommen habe, dass dieses Foto versehentlich gelöscht wurde, obwohl Du noch die Lizenz nachgetragen hast, habe ich die Restaurierung veranlasst. Deine professionellen Bilder werden hier sehr geschätzt, aber dennoch gibt es noch eine Lernkurve bezüglich Wikimedia Commons zu bewältigen. Dinge laufen hier anders als in den kommerziellen Mediendiensten. Für jedes hochgeladene Bild wird eine Bildbeschreibung benötigt. Du hast diese professionellerweise in den Metadaten hinterlegt. Diese lassen sich jedoch nicht ergänzen oder mehrsprachig ausgestalten. Deswegen ist es in Wikimedia Commons wichtig, dass alle relevanten Informationen mit Hilfe der {{Information}}-Vorlage in die Dateibeschreibungsseite integriert werden. Für dieses Bild habe ich das für Dich übernommen, indem ich folgenden Text eingefügt habe:

Bei „description“ kannst Du die Beschreibung einfügen. Ich habe diese in {{de|...}} eingeklammert, da sie in deutscher Sprache abgefasst ist. Weitere Sprachen können hinzugefügt werden, so dass die Leser der Seite dann die Beschreibung in der jeweils favorisierten Sprache sehen, sofern diese zur Verfügung steht. Bei „date“ kann das Datum in der Form YYYY-MM-DD angegeben werden. Das wird dann automatisch in die jeweils eingestellte Sprache übersetzt. Bei „source“ wird angegeben, wo das Bild herkommt. Bei eigenen Aufnahmen ist hier {{Self-photographed}} angemessen. Diese Angabe wird ebenfalls in verschiedene Sprachen übersetzt. Bei „author“ kann dann Dein Name, gerne auch mit Link zur Benutzerseite eingefügt werden. Wenn Du lieber einen Link auf Deine Benutzerseite in der deutschsprachigen Wikipedia hättest, kannst Du das durch [[:de:Benutzer:Dr. Frank Gaeth|Dr. Frank Gaeth]] ersetzen.

Jetzt hätte ich noch eine weitere Bitte. Der Dateiname U1A3503-HDR.jpg hat sich bei Dir lokal offenbar durch die von Dir verwendete Software ergeben, sagt aber nichts über das Bild aus. Wie auf der entsprechenden Richtlinie ausgeführt wird, erwarten wir, dass Dateinamen zumindest in minimaler Weise die Datei beschreiben. Denkbar wäre etwa „St. Bartholomäus Kirche Wesselburen Kirchenschiff mit Taufbecken.jpg“. Es ist aber auch möglich, die ursprünglichen Namen mit zu integrieren, so dass dann etwa „U1A3503-HDR St. Bartholomäus Kirche Wesselburen Kirchenschiff mit Taufbecken.jpg“ herauskommen könnte. Überlege Dir am besten eine Systematik, die Dir entgegenkommt. Überlege Dir bitte, welchen Namen Du bevorzugen würdest, ich würde dann die Umbenennung für Dich vornehmen.

I noticed you've uploaded File:U1A4809-2.jpg and I thought I should draw your attention to a common error. Please give uploaded files meaningful names. Otherwise they are difficult to track and it is hard to tell what the file is about without actually looking at it. I suggest you rename your image with an intuitive name that describes the file itself. Thanks, and happy editing!

Ungeeignete Dateinamen und fehlende Kategorien

Hallo Dr. Frank Gaeth, vielen Dank für die jüngst hochgeladenen Bilder. Wie ich bereits zuvor weiter oben ausgeführt habe, entsprechen Dateinamen wie File:U1A1699.jpg, File:20A0728.jpg, File:20A9630.jpg, File:U1A0770.jpg oder File:U1A8728.jpg nicht unseren Richtlinien für Dateinamen. Bitte gib verwende gleich beim Hochladen sinnvollere Namen, die jeweils etwas über das Bild aussagen und mache bitte Vorschläge, wie die bisherigen Dateien in Deinem Sinne umbenannt werden können. Wenn das ignoriert wird, werden irgendwann andere die Dateien umbenennen.

Ebenso wäre es wichtig, die Bilder zu kategorisieren. Das ist nicht schwer. Suche einfach nach passenden Wikipedia-Artikeln, wo Du fast immer einen Link zu Commons findest. So beispielsweise von de:Evika Siliņa zu Category:Evika Siliņa. Füge dann einfach diese Kategorie zu der Dateibeschreibungsseite hinzu. Weitere Infos hierzu gibt es unter Commons:Categories. Vielen Dank für die Nachricht. Ich stelle gerne Fotos aus meiner Pressefotografie der Wikipedia zur Verfügung. Diese sind nach ITPC internationalem Standard vercoded. Allerdings sieht der Alltag eines Fotografen so aus, dass zwischen den Terminen kaum mehr Zeit für zusätzliche redaktionelle Arbeit besteht. Zudem nutzen auch politisch extremistische Publisher Bilder aus Wikipedia, bislang in 4 Fällen auch meine, die die Reputation von Pressefotografen (eine wesentliche Voraussetzung für weitere Akkreditierungen) in Frage stellen könnten. Du scheinst es noch immer nicht zu verstehen: nicht das Urheberrecht der Fotos ist das jeweilige Problem, sondern das Urheberrecht an den abgebildeten Gebäuden, Gegenständen oder Installationen. Solange die Panoramafreiheit nicht greift, oder die gesetzliche Schutzfrist abgelaufen ist, dürfen solche geschützten Werke nicht per Foto veröffentlicht werden. Das ist unabhängig vom Urheberrecht des Fotografen am Foto.

Doch, verstehe sehr gut. Für die hier zur Diskussion stehenden Innen(!)aufnahmen greift aber nicht die sog. Panoramafreiheit. Diese sind bei meiner fotojournalistischen Tätigkeit auf Einladung der dortigen Institutionen entstanden.

Bis auf das Tipi- sowie das Bröhan Bild kann ich aber gerne die übrigen löschen, also: Stilwerk und Deutscher Dom. Tipi und Bröhan waren ausdrückliche Einladungen an uns Fotojournalisten.

Nein, wir benötigen in solchen Fällen die schriftliche Genehmigung der beteiligten Künstler oder Architekten für eine Veröffentlichung dieser Bilder unter einer freien Lizenz, die an das Support-Team weitergeleitet und dort geprüft werden muss. Ohne so eine Genehmigung können solche Bilder leider hier nicht verbleiben. Die Einladung der entsprechenden Institutionen ist dabei völlig irrelevant. Wir sind dazu aufgrund der geltenden Rechtslage gezwungen, da architektonische Werke einschließlich solche der Innenarchitektur urheberrechtlich geschützt sind.
