You don't need technical skills in order to contribute here. Be bold when contributing and assume good faith when interacting with others. This is a wiki.

Getting help

More information is available at the community portal. You may ask questions at the help desk, village pump or on IRC channel #wikimedia-commons (webchat). You can also contact an administrator on their talk page. If you have a specific copyright question, ask at the copyright village pump.

Goodies, tips, and tricks

Put Babel boxes on your user page so others know what languages you can speak and indicate your graphic abilities.
You can find the files you have uploaded in your Uploads.
Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~.
To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg.
You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account.
There are several tools to upload files.
Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful.

Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it.

This picture does not contradict the Civil Code of the Russian Federation on the freedom of panorama.

 According to Article 276 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation:
 1. Accepted without the consent of the author or other right holder and without payment of remuneration, reproduction and distribution of manufactured   copies, communication by cable or cable, bringing to the public knowledge of works of fine art or photographic work that are constantly in a place open to free access, with the exception of If the image of the work is the main object of use or the image of the work is used for profit.
 2. Free use is allowed by reproducing and distributing manufactured copies, broadcasting or cable, bringing to the public information in the form of   images of works of architecture, town planning and works of landscape art located in a place open to free access or prominent from it places.
 This monument is situated in a place open to free access (at a cross of streets in Dubna). And It's not the object of use or the image of the work  is used for profit.   Drtrotsky (talk) 17:55, 25 November 2017 (UTC)Reply

С 1 октября 2014 года законодательство изменилось — была установлена свобода панорамы для произведений архитектуры, градостроительства и садово-паркового искусства^[1]. Для произведений изобразительного искусства (например, скульптур) по-прежнему действуют ограничения.

Согласно статье 1276 Гражданского кодекса Российской Федерации:

1. Допускаются без согласия автора или иного правообладателя и без выплаты вознаграждения воспроизведение и распространение изготовленных экземпляров, сообщение в эфир или по кабелю, доведение до всеобщего сведения произведения изобразительного искусства или фотографического произведения, которые постоянно находятся в месте, открытом для свободного посещения, за исключением случаев, если изображение произведения является основным объектом использования или изображение произведения используется в целях извлечения прибыли.

2. Допускается свободное использование путём воспроизведения и распространения изготовленных экземпляров, сообщения в эфир или по кабелю, доведения до всеобщего сведения в форме изображений произведений архитектуры, градостроительства и произведений садово-паркового искусства, расположенных в месте, открытом для свободного посещения, или видных из этого места.

Уважаемый участник, пожалуйста, воздержитесь от переноса со страницы на страницу реплик Вашего оппонента, – такие действия трактуются как «подделка подписи», считаются разновидностью вандализма и могут привести к блокировке Вашей учётной записи. Столь подробные выдержки из ГК РФ также не нужны — содержание этих статей хорошо известно админкорпусу этого проекта, и правило COM:FOP#Russia основано на их содержании. В данном случае Вы неправы — фото скульптурных работ, не перешедших в общественное достояние, не могут быть здесь размещены, но при этом имеется возможность их загрузки непосредственно в русскую Википедию на условиях добросовестного использования.
