Copyrighted CSU Dominguez Hills files

I would like to undo the deletion of the CSUDHLokerStudentUnion Day.jpg and provide the copyright information. I'm not an administrator so I can't undelete (or delete) files. But I don't think an administrator would undelete the files here on Wikimedia Commons because this site doesn't host copyrighted files. English Wikipedia sometimes hosts copyrighted files but only if those files are being used in accordance with fair use principles and I don't think that would apply for these files, either. So you're welcome to ask one or more administrators but I don't think you'll have much luck. ElKevbo (talk) 19:46, 8 December 2017 (UTC)
