In your maps, city, where placed Jonava, is Kaišiadorys (Image:LietuvaKaisiadorys.png) or Elektrėnai (Image:LietuvaElektrenai.png).

Hello Equestre! The 10 apskritys (provinces, Bezirke) of Lithuania have been dissolved in 2010. Therefore thre is no more level between the 60 savivaldibes (municipalities, Selbstverwaltungsgemeinden) and the republic. There is a dicrimination of the savivaldibes in 7 miesto savivaldibes (city municipalities, Stadtgemeinden), 43 rajonu savivaldibes (district municipalities, Rajongemeinden), and 2 kurortas with savivaldibes-status (recreation resort municipalities, Kurortgemeinden), and 8 other, so called "new" or "genuine" municipalities, nauja savivaldybes.
