Truck silhouettes edit
Hello. Do You can see some truck silhouette here or here? --ŠJů (talk) 03:26, 11 October 2009 (UTC)
2257 edit
Please don't slap {{2257}} indiscriminately on pictures. It says "This work, which was made after November 1, 1990 and depicts one or more actual human beings engaged in sexually explicit conduct—including but not limited to "lascivious exhibition of the genitals or pubic area of any person"", so any old pictures, and pictures where you can't see the genitals, don't qualify.--Prosfilaes (talk) 08:49, 27 October 2010 (UTC)
- In fact, let me go further; {{2257}} is completely inappropriate on any picture of children. Record-keeping is only required where the picture would be illegal if the depicted were under 18. If 2257 is appropriate for a picture of children, it must be deleted.--Prosfilaes (talk) 08:58, 27 October 2010 (UTC)
- The way to delete a file is to use the nominate for deletion tool under toolbox. However, without a better reason to delete then nudity, these files will get kept in a deletion request.--Prosfilaes (talk) 20:58, 28 October 2010 (UTC)
RotateLink edit
Hallo FrankyLeRoutier, I see you are requesting rotation of many images. Fine. Just wanted to make you aware of the tool we have written for this: RotateLink. Or do you know it already? It prevents from giving wrong rotation orders (which happens if you look at old thumbnails). Cheers --Saibo (Δ) 20:37, 20 November 2011 (UTC)
I am not sure that this rotation is correct: File:N3S_3066.xnbak.jpg ;-) Cheers --Saibo (Δ) 20:58, 20 November 2011 (UTC)
Unidentified vehicles edit
Hello Franky, I noticed that you went through the Unidentified vehicles categories and changed many of them to "Unidentified land vehicles", even for categories for spacecraft, aircraft, generic police and military vehicles, etc. I'm fixing these as I find them, but please do not make such blanket changes in the future. If you have any questions, please leave a note on my talk page. — Huntster (t @ c) 20:47, 3 December 2011 (UTC)
Ice roads vs. Icy roads edit
Salut Franky, I've reverted your changes to Category:Ice roads and Category:Icy roads, and to included images and subcategories. Additionally I've added short descriptions and interwiki links. Please note the difference between ice roads (on frozen lakes, rivers etc.) and icy roads (normal on land roads with icy surface). Perhaps you're able to translate the short texts into French? Greetings --:bdk: 07:56, 16 December 2011 (UTC)
Hi. Please don't revert this change: the Wikvoyage logo has changed, and I've changed the favicon to match. Reverting the change put the old favicon on lots of pages for no good reason (for example, el:Κέρκυρα and many others). It makes no sense at all to keep the old image there, as the semantic intention of including a file called "Wikvoyage favicon" is clearly to include just that -- the favicon of the current logo. After looking around, I can't find any use of this file for anything other than this semantic intent. If you can do so, please let me know. To avoid its loss to history, I've uploaded a copy of the old image to File:Wikivoyage-old-favicon.svg, to archive it. -- The Anome (talk) 11:47, 15 January 2013 (UTC)
Trucking edit
Why are you insiting on having trucking below trucks? This makes no sense. Truck stops, truck drivers, etc, are not trucks, but trucks are a part of trucking. Ultra7 (talk) 15:04, 15 June 2013 (UTC)
Astérix edit
Bonjour Franky,
Cordialement, Benoit Rochon (talk) 16:57, 8 July 2013 (UTC)
