To allow others to find the images you uploaded here, the images should be in some place that can be found by navigating the category structure. This means that you should put the images into appropriate topic pages, categories, optionally galleries, or both of them (see Commons:Categories). Ciao. {{PD-textlogo}} non esiste su it.wiki, dove però è presente il più generico (ma con la stessa funzione) {{PD-Requisiti}}. Quindi, per riassumere, se trasferisci i file qui su Commons usa {{PD-textlogo}} + {{Trademarked}}, se li lasci su it.wiki puoi usare {{PD-Requisiti}} + {{Trademarked}} — ma te lo sconsiglio, se non intendi trasferirli lasciali così come sono ora, inutile cambiare le indicazioni di copyright che con it:Template:Marchio sono comunque più sicure.--Trixt (talk) 19:29, 22 June 2011 (UTC)

Italian road signs you marked as duplicates

Hello Gigillo83,

you marked several similar Italian roadsigns as duplicates. For example: File:Nuova Strada Anas 318.svg is marked as a duplicate of File:Nuova Strada Statale 318 Italia.svg. But these files are not exact duplicates, because they use different fonts (letters), so I cannot delete them as duplicates. Which of those signs are the correct versions using the correct font? thank you for your answer. I see now that it wasn't you who marked the files as duplicates, but someone else, my mistake to think it had been you. Anyway, what should we do about those Italian road sign files that are now marked as duplicates (see Category:Duplicate, page 2)? Simply keep them since because they are not exact duplicates? I'm a bit confused now. You wrote "all the .svg files marked ad duplicated are correct...the "original" files are wrong". But why, then, are the "wrong" files in use at the Italian wikipedia (it:Strade statali in Italia (NSA), for example]]), and the "correct" files are not in use? Vettorializzare immagini

Vorrei anch'io a mettermi a vettorializzare immagini, quindi ti chiedo delle domande:

• Usi Inkscape o qualche altro software?
• Se usi Inkscape metti l'immagine nell'area di lavoro e poi ripassi sopra con i tracciati. Come faccio ad esempio a fare il tracciato di un segnale stradale che è di bassa qualità. E quando trovo un angolo smussato? --Greenyellowcable (talk) 15:52, 21 September 2011 (UTC)

Sono l'autore di tutti i segnali delle strade europee oltre ad avere fatto alcuni segnali di SR e SP. Li avevo già la base quindi non avevo problemi, quindi so trasformare la scritta in oggetto. Quale tasto ha la funzione "bordi e linee"? --Greenyellowcable (talk) 17:25, 21 September 2011 (UTC)

Segnaletica stradale in Australia, negli Stati Uniti d'America ed in Sudafrica

Non è possibile accedere alle pagine di WKP in quanto è in atto la protesta contro il comma 29 del cosiddetto DDL intercettazioni, riguardante "anche l'obbligo per tutti i siti web di pubblicare, entro 48 ore dalla richiesta e senza alcun commento, una rettifica su qualsiasi contenuto che il richiedente giudichi lesivo della propria immagine. Purtroppo, la valutazione della "lesività" di detti contenuti non viene rimessa a un Giudice terzo e imparziale, ma unicamente all'opinione del soggetto che si presume danneggiato. C'è però un problema: la denominazione dei 4 file non è corretta, manca uno spazio prima del trattino (File:Italian traffic signs- strada europea 06.svg dovrebbe essere File:Italian traffic signs - strada europea 06.svg). Rinominare un file

Per rinominare un file devi mettere nella pagina di descrizione: {{rename|Nuovo nome|Uploader request}}.

Ad esempio: {{rename|Italian traffic signs - strada europea 06.svg|Uploader request}}

Quel "uploader request" è la motivazione per cui richiedi la rinominazione, se il file è tuo e vuoi rinominarlo devi scrivere "uploader request". --Greenyellowcable (talk) 16:27, 11 October 2011 (UTC)

Doppioni

Caro Gigillo83,
prima di creare e inserire immagini di segnali in svg, potresti cercare se esse esistano già, magari in altri formati!
E' il caso di questo e questo, che esistevano già in formato png, solamente da trasformare in svg, eccoli: ZTL e Area pedonale.
Un altro esempio è il segnale di Zona 30 che tu hai inserito impulsivamente (eccolo), quando esisteva già in formato png, che un altro utente ha provveduto a trasformare in svg (Ecco qui: prima - dopo).
Onde evitare doppioni e confusioni, ti pregherei di provvedere a tal fine, magari eliminando il più recente. Grazie! --Luckok (talk) 13:55, 30 October 2011 (UTC)

Per questa volta vada per la cancellazione della mia immagine, ma da ora in avanti per cortesia, al fine di non fare inutilmente un doppio lavoro, verifica prima se ci sono svg relativi già esistenti e se non dovessi accorgertene richiedi la cancellazione della più recente (la tua). Ricorda che puoi caricare anche una nuova versione del file svg già esistente (anzichè caricane un altro separatamente), nel caso reputassi che ci siano errori od imprecisioni. Road signs red hue

My personal opinion is that the red hue used in your road sign .svgs (for example B30.12.svg)is too blue. Are you sure you want to use that color?

It could be that each country has their own red hue. I live in Sweden and to me a hue that seems better is RGB: 222,0,0 (you have 222, 0, 41)

The map shows the outcome of the referendum: blue=republic, red=monarchy, with violet-hues in between as per percentage of the vote. Please do not use different colors for northern and southern Italy. In fact there were provinces like Cuneo and Lazio, where the outcome was nearly 50%.

Ciao Gigillo. Mi pareva che ne avessimo già discusso in laboratorio... È vero che ci furono dei risultati stretti, ma furono comunque netti. Se in provincia X 51 votano per Tizio e 49 per Caio e in provincia Y 49 votano per Tizio e 51 per Caio, è evidente che hanno vinto rispettivamente Tizio e Caio. Risultati totalmente opposti fra di loro, sfumarli finisce per creare solo confusione e non va bene. Fosse per me, metterei due colori più nettamente contrastanti di quelli attuali. Mappe dei circondari del Regno d'Italia

Avevo ipotizzato anch'io di disegnare una mappa del Regno suddiviso in circondari, ma purtroppo ho visto che la suddivisione non è mai stata fissa nel tempo, ma è cambiata spesso. Anche queste immagini non mi soddisfano più, anche perché poco precise.
Quindi mi sono studiato un po' inkscape e sono riuscito a disegnare le suddivisioni circondariali della provincia di Bergamo (che dovrebbe essere rimasta immutata per tutto il periodo di esistenza dei circondari), e sono venuti così; ho usato i colori stabiliti da de.wiki e fr.wiki, che stanno disegnando mappe uniformi per tutti gli stati del mondo.--Friedrichstrasse (talk) 12:28, 31 May 2013 (UTC)

For number one and two your font rendering seems to be somewhat off, compared to the real versions. Especially the 'y' and the 'g' seems to have lost some gauge. For number three you have made it off an old version, which was replaced at least a couple of years ago with the E80+UE80 version (E80 and UE80 combined into one). See the real life version on Google Earth for yourself. For the last one the green colour seems completely off. You appear to have used the RAL 6032 version, however you need to find one that is much more "lime" RAL 6019 in accordance with the Danish Standards on Colours for identification purposes (DS 735:1982). While it is admirable that you have put such a large effort into Danish road signs, you do seem to have done so on a somewhat less educate base (Daluiso is a private company and not government body by the way), so I have undone your insertions of {{Superseded}} in the above mentioned files. --heb [T C E] 14:08, 24 June 2013 (UTC)

I haven't found any official model with Danish road signs, so I have used, as a base for making Danish road signs, the Vejdirektoratetmodel (I didn't know what it is). Do you have a pdf source with all official Danish road signs? So I can use this as model to make other signs. I'm in Italy, so I have used models of the Vejdirektoratet... It's a bit more tricky than as such. For a start Vejdirektoratet is a such the The ​Danish Road Directorate so as such, there is nothing wrong in using them as a source. However the list of road sign figures (in Danish tavleoversigt) that you have used as a source, is not a reference material as such but only for information purposes, used by i.e. traffic schools and such. I can fully appreciate how that might confuse foreigners :)

For colours on reflective road signs, the reference document is the Afmærkningsmateriel - AAB, specifically the figure Figur 6. Farvetrekant med de specificerede farveområder for tavlefolier type 3, 4 og 5 indtegnet., which shows the CIE xy color diagram. As a little curio, the Danish Road Authorities actually previously used (PDF page 109) the Munsell color system, where red was 5R 4/12, blue was 5PB 2/8, yellow was 10YR 7/12 and green didn't even exist :) I don't know when it was introduced, but the first motorway was opened in 1956 - three years after the linked publication, so probably sometime around that. A have a list, which I honestly don't remember the source of, that describes the colours as RAL 1003 (yellow), RAL 2009 (orange/brown), RAL 3020 (red), RAL 6017 (green, sorry I erroneously wrote 6019 last time :() and RAL 5017 (blue). Since these RAL colours are meant for presentations on reflective foil, they aren't quite comparably for monitor use, but I unfortunatly don't have corresponding RGB colours (you can see how testing is done for road signs in Denmark here, search for Bilag 1 and find the figure). In my experience however using RAL colours on screen doesn't serve purpose very well, and it is better to use more "clear" colours, as they give a better depiction of the signage. I think we have a reference card for printing versus monitor RGB colours lying somewhere, so if you are interested I can try to see if I can get my hands on it and find corresponding RGB (monitor) and CMYK (print) for the RAL colours?

For the figures themselves, including dimensions and such there are two publications that you need to look into: Bekendtgørelse om vejafmærkning and Færdselstavler: Tavleoversigt.

The font used is a proprietary font called Dansk Vejtavleskrift, which I don't think is publicly available. As far as I have been able to google, it is based on DIN 1451 Mittelschrift which I suppose can be used with a few tweaks.

I'm sorry for not being more helpful on the figures and fonts, but my main interest is in the colours. I still hope it will give you a working point. The motorway road sign (E 42) looks much more correct now. Did you find a conversion table between RAL and RGB?

The signs UE xx are sub panels (in Danish undertavle, hence the U). The main panel and the sub panel may be manufactured as either two separate panels making up one sign, or as one sign. The main panels (here E 80) may be used alone, or with the addition of the sub panels (E 80 + UE 80), but the sub panels (here UE 80) may not be used alone. As far as I know, all occurrences of E 80 has been replaced with E 80 + UE 80 versions, as in the case of the Kruså border crossing. --heb [T C E] 06:04, 27 June 2013 (UTC)

It looks good and correct as far as I can tell. And yes: I am Danish :) Vejdirektoratet is also the road sign authority on Greenland and Faroe Islands, so the basic signs are the same. However as with other municipalities of Denmark, they are also allowed to make their own signs (which needs to be approved by the police), which you won't find in these documents. I have been tried to search but didn't find any lists, but I remember both a sheep warning sign from the Faroe Islands and a helicopter landing pad sign from Greenland, that doesn't appear here. I don't have any photos of them, but there is one on Wikipedia of the rather famous No tanks sign put up by the Allerød Municipality in the early 2000s. But in general: It's the same (neither Greenland nor Faore Islands has any motorways though :)). --heb [T C E] 20:11, 27 June 2013 (UTC)

Simboli NSA duplicati

Ciao Gigillo. Tempo fa avevo notato che hai caricato dei simboli delle NSA (Nuove Strade Anas) con font nuovo i quali sono stati successivamente contrassegnati come duplicati: mi sto riferendo per esempio a quest'immagine o questa. In seguito ho letto la discussione più sopra (Italian road signs marked as duplicates) e in cui il tag di duplicato era stato tolto da tutti i file nuovi. Ti volevo avvisare che i vecchi file, con il font sbagliato, li ho sostituiti con il carattere corretto (l'Alfabeto Stretto anziché il Transport – es. File:Nuova Strada Statale 338 Italia.svg), sia perché avevano il nome del file uniforme agli altri simboli (Nuova Strada Statale n Italia.svg), sia perché sono utilizzati su Wikipedia. Hi, sorry to bother you but just one other note. I'm going to re-license all the signs to PD-HU-exempt instead of PD-ineligible. Mappe strade statali

Ciao, ci ho provato ma ho desistito per due ragioni:

• 1. il grigio scuro dei confini comunali con queste linee a spessore ridotto si confonde con il blu scuro delle strade;
• 2. purtroppo i confini regionali di queste mappe non sono sempre precisi al millimetro.
  

Avevo anche pensato di creare una mappa con la rete complessiva, evidenziando alcune strade come sfondo (come nelle mappe delle autostrade tedesche, vedi questa e questa), ma è troppo complicato e ho molti dubbi sulla comprensibilità.--Friedrichstrasse (talk) 17:26, 13 April 2015 (UTC)

Ho creato due mappe di strade statali con i confini regionali (File:Italia - mappa strada statale 309.svg e File:Italia - mappa strada statale 309 dir.svg). I confini sono sottili per non disturbare l'immagine e per evitare confusioni con la linea della strada. Qui vedi l'effetto nella voce di it.wiki.

Ciao, dunque io non uso il nuovo Inkscape, ieri l'ho provato ma non mi funziona (l'applicazione parte, ma non si apre nessuna finestra, io uso la versione a 64bit, probabilmente è dovuto al fatto che uso dei font con caratteri "speciali" nel nome). Sono riuscito a correggere la scritta che mi dicevi, il problema era che il bordo bianco era riempito col verde di sfondo che copriva la scritta. Invalid SVG - File:UK road sign beginning Special Road.svg

I attempted to open File:UK road sign beginning Special Road.svg in Adobe Illustrator, but it gave a "This SVG is invalid. Validate it before opening." Error. It also failed to open in Inkscape. I also threw a invalid tag on it.--The Navigators (talk) 05:32, 16 March 2018 (UTC)

Wanted to follow up on this, I tried redownloading it and was able to open it successfully. I guess the original copy I had must have gotten corrupted or something. Apologies for disturbing you. Concorso Wiki Loves Monuments Italia 2018 (English version)

Gentile Gigillo83, ti ringraziamo ancora una volta per la tua passata partecipazione a Wiki Loves Monuments (WLM). Il più grande concorso fotografico del mondo si svolge anche questo settembre per documentare e promuovere il patrimonio culturale italiano, con una licenza copyright libera.

Quest'anno è doppiamente facile partecipare: gli oggetti fotografabili coprono quasi 1000 comuni in più, grazie all'adesione di centinaia di nuovi enti fra cui Roma, e alla possibilità di fotografare circa 2000 alberi monumentali. Controlla le liste di monumenti fotografabili! Carica tutte le foto che hai e magari organizza una visita presso i monumenti che ancora non hanno una foto.

Quest'oggi il Parlamento europeo ha respinto la proposta di estendere la libertà di panorama. E allora scattiamo e pubblichiamo tutte le foto che possiamo, almeno per questi monumenti per cui ci è legalmente consentito!
