Il y a en fait deux problèmes sur cette image.

• Le premier est que tu ne spécifies pas la source de l'image ; tu peux simplement écrire « Photographie personnelle de René Babonneau »
• Tu ne donnes pas de licence à ton image. Tu peux lire COM:APL pour comprendre. La licence dit sous quelles conditions l'image peut être réutilisée, et seul l'ayant-droit des images peut en décider.

Le choix de la licence appartient donc à René Babonneau ou plutôt à ses ayant-droits, donc sa nièce. Il y a un bon paquet de licences possibles, mais, en gros, tu as les choix suivants :

• Si la nièce dit « faites ce que vous voulez avec l'image », la licence sera « domaine public » : place alors sur la page le bandeau {{PD-Author|René Babonneau}} (PD signifie Public Domain).
• Si la nièce souhaite que l'auteur soit cité avec l'image, la licence peut être une Creative Commons Attribution aussi appelée CC-BY : elle permet à n'importe qui de réutiliser l'image, à condition de citer l'auteur. Il faut alors mettre le bandeau {{CC-BY}} sur la page.
• On peut ajouter une autre condition, que l'image soit redistribuée sous la même licence (donc qu'elle reste libre) : c'est la licence CC-BY-SA (ou Creative Commons Attribution Partage des Conditions Initiales à l'Identique), avec le bandeau {{CC-BY-SA}}. C'est la licence la plus proche de la GFDL, celle du texte de Wikipédia.

Il te faut donc contacter la nièce et lui demander, ou bien si tu connais déjà son choix, mettre le bon bandeau. Si tu mets plus d'une semaine à le faire, l'image peut être supprimée, mais je la restaurerai à ta demande.

Lors de tes imports futurs, il faudra toujours préciser la licence de l'image. COM:APL explique comment ça marche, mais tu peux revenir me demander si besoin.

Salut. J'ai supprimé l'image comme demandé. Il est possible reprendre des données pour réaliser une carte, mais bien sûr il est interdit de faire un "décalque" pur. Par exemple la carte Image:Scotland topographic map-fr.svg utilise deux sources dans le domaine public pour la topographie et la bathymétrie, et n'utilise ViaMichelin (copyrighté) que pour confirmer des lieux. C'est OK pour moi, je trouve la photo améliorée... Pour la petite histoire, j'étais avec des amis à Diego Suarez (je vis à la Réunion) et je suis parti seul en moto (tout terrain) sur le chemin de croix de la Montagne des Français. Je suivais un bord de ruisseau quand j'ai cru entendre des batraciens (dans l'aprés-midi), je me suis acharné à les repérer (pas facile vu la taille des Mantella et la végétation touffue. C'est comme ça que j'ai photographié cette petite grenouille (il y en avait une demi douzaine sur 50 m2). De retour à l'Hôtel j'ai montré les photos à un naturaliste amateur (il guide les touristes dans la région) qui ne les connaissait pas et s'est montré étonné. C'est un an plus tard que je les ai identifiée sur internet... PS Je découvre GIMP et n'arrive pas à réduire/agrandir/retailler mes photos avec... JjArgoud (talk) 14:23, 16 November 2008 (UTC)

Tip: Add categories to your files

Thanks a lot for contributing to the Wikimedia Commons! Here's a tip to make your uploads more useful: Why not add some categories to describe them? This will help more people to find and use them.

Here's how:

1) If you're using the UploadWizard, you can add categories to each file when you describe it. Just click "more options" for the file and add the categories which make sense:

2) You can also pick the file from your list of uploads, edit the file description page, and manually add the category code at the end of the page.

[[Category:Category name]]

For example, if you are uploading a diagram showing the orbits of comets, you add the following code:

[[Category:Astronomical diagrams]]

[[Category:Comets]]

This will make the diagram show up in the categories "Astronomical diagrams" and "Comets".

When picking categories, try to choose a specific category ("Astronomical diagrams") over a generic one ("Illustrations").

Bonjour,

il n'y a pas (je crois) de règle pour ce genre de choses. Je préfère aussi l'option "minuscule" qui permet de faire un simple copier-coller. Toutefois, je me base sur le principe suivant : il faut que les sous catégories soient correctement triées dans l'ordre alphabétique. Si je constate qu'il y a 19 clés de tri majuscule et 1 minuscule, je met la minuscule en majuscule (c'est moins de boulot)..

Pas de problème:i s'agit d'une petit faute relative seulement a ces deux fichiers "en blanc", je ne voulais pas les déplacer avant de savoir si'il y avait des autres choses dessinnées. Je vais les resoudre tout de suit. Toutes les cartes des habitats que tu as crée sont faites trés bien et surement placées dans le scategories les plus propres.
