Ostatnio dodaję na Commons dużo zdjęć własnego autorstwa. Czy zechciałbyś umieścić niektóre w odpowiednich hasłach Wikipedii? Nie mogę tego zrobić osobiście, bo jestem niedysponowany. Chyba licencję pomyliłeś przenosząc grafikę - bo nei jesteś Hanną Czyżewską-Ciś. Podobnie nie podałeś poprawnie źródła. Popraw to proszę inaczej grafika kwalifikuje się do skasowania. Masur (talk) 17:21, 14 October 2008 (UTC)

Tablice i pomniki

Witaj!

Wcześniej nie zwracałem na to uwagi. Trzeba spytać kogoś kto jest na lub po ASP. Do dziś myślałem, że tablica umieszczona na kamieniu o przypadkowym kształcie to taka jak inne, lecz nie było odpowiedniego budynku, by ją przyczepić. A teraz myślę, że to najprostsza i najtańsza forma pomnika. Niespecjalnie artysta się namęczy, by był zgodny z zamówieniem. Myślę, że coś takiego powinno być w Category:Memorial stones. A w Category:Plaques in Poland podkategorią Category:Monuments in Poland. Z tej ostatniej usunąłbym takie kamienie i utworzył kategorię Category:Memorial stones in Poland. Sculptures Na pewno kwalifikują się rzeźby, na których nie ma informacji komu lub czemu zostały poświęcone. Czasem w parkach i skwerach są takie. Przechodnie mają zatrzymać się i interpretować, co autor chciał przez to powiedzieć. Dodając takie, trzeba czasem zgadywać jak nazwać. Np. Image:Old marriage at Plac Kaszubski.jpg. Ja napisałem, że to małżeństwo z długim stażem. Joymaster, że po prostu para Kaszubów. Być może z racji sąsiedztwa pomnika Antoniego Abrahama. Obaj możemy mieć rację, ale ja przynajmiej piszę po angielsku... A On ponoć zna lepiej go niż ja... Ale do rzeczy: Jeśli obok tego kamienia są inne elementy, to z pewnością tworzą całość i dodałbym to kategorii poświęconej pomnikom. Category:Memorial stones in Poland wszędzia tam, gdzie jest kamień z tablicą i nic poza tym. Problem jest, kiedy takie elementy są w pewnej odległości. Na razie nie załadowałem, ale obok pomnika Obrońców Poczty Polskiej w Gdańsku jest chyba wykonany z brązu krzyż Virtuti Militari. Po przeciwnej, pieczęć ówczesnej Dyrekcji Poczty. Dzieli ich jakieś 10 metrów i nie ma żadnego napisu. Ale interpretacja jest łatwa. Już wiem! Sculptures tam, gdzie nie ma pewności komu lub czemu poświęcono! Opis po angielsku musi być wyczerpujący. Prosisz bym zapisywał daty w formie RRRR-MM-DD? Mógłbym tak zrobić, choć wymagałoby to przyzwyczajenia. Oraz zmian we wszystkich przeze mnie załadowanych zdjęciach własnego autorstwa, by komuś się nie myliło. Jeśli nie zapomnę, tak zrobię. Pozdr. --Starscream (talk) 16:49, 16 October 2008 (UTC)

Blanking pages

Hallo, can I remind you that for quick deletion of categories, the procedure consist of inserting {{Badname|Good name}} if another category names exist. Alternatively, {{Speedy|reason}} can be used. Blanking the page makes that the category appears several days later in Special:UncategorizedCategories which we try to keep as empty as possible, but requires significant work as we have to analyse each case if it concerns vandalisme, mistakes, beginners work (that may need assistance) or just a plain categorisation problem. Moreover, it is a minimum of courtesy to the creator of a category to tell in the deletion summary why it has been emptied or deleted. So following the standard procedure saves us all unnecessary work. I gave you an example to what emptying and blanking of categories can lead. ps. Polska "militarna" kategoria jest rzeczywiscie niedopracowana. Brakuje jej m. in. podziału na historię.

Wikimedia Commons is happy to announce that the second round of the 2016 Picture of the Year competition is now open. This year will be the eleventh edition of the annual Wikimedia Commons photo competition, which recognizes exceptional contributions by users on Wikimedia Commons. Wikimedia users are invited to vote for their favorite images featured on Commons during the last year (2016) to produce a single Picture of the Year.

Hundreds of images that have been rated Featured Pictures by the international Wikimedia Commons community in the past year were entered in this competition. These images include professional animal and plant shots, breathtaking panoramas and skylines, restorations of historical images, photographs portraying the world's best architecture, impressive human portraits, and so much more.

There are two total rounds of voting. In the first round, you voted for as many images as you liked. In Round 1, there were 1475 candidate images. There are 58 finalists in Round 2, comprised of the top 30 overall as well as the top #1 and #2 from each sub-category.

In the final round, you may vote for just one or maximal three image to become the Picture of the Year.

Round 2 will end on 20 April 2017, 23:59:59 UTC.

Hi Grzexs, I am a bored bot (this is kind of a computer program) that is watching the recent changes and tapping buttons like I did now.

Curious about the reason? Possibly not but I will tell you anyway:

1. You edited User:Grzexs/cologneblue.css. Glad to see you coding in css! Have you ever considered becoming a MediaWiki hacker?
