Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~. To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg. You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

IMO 8705383

You regategorised this ship as being built in 1988. But www.equasis.org (the official site) as well as www.shipspotting.com and www.vesselfinder.com and the www.ferry-site.dk give as year of completion 1989. • Hi HenSti, eine schlechte Idee bzw. Lösung von dir, seit Jahren hatten wir ein ordentliches System mit dem Schiffsnamen in der Liste, IMO Nummer sagt keinem was, ich würde das so lassen, wie es früher war, alle Positionen kannst du sowieso nicht ändern, und wir bekommen ein buntes MultiCulti-Gemisch, Gruß,--PjotrMahh1 (talk) 05:48, 4 August 2018 (UTC)

Robin Hood (ship, 1995)

Category:Robin Hood (ship, 1995) is IMO 9087477, Category:Nils Dacke (ship, 1995) is IMO 9087465.

The Nils Dacke, is a different ship, sometimes photographed with its sister ship the Robin Hood. On marinetraffic.com there are images of Nils Dacke IMO 9087465, also loads of pictures of the Robin Hood IMO 9087465. One or two actually show both vessels together.

Cat Robin Hood (ship, 1995-2014) proclaims Robin Hood to be IMO 9087465, which it's not; as does Cat Robin Hood (ship, 1995-2016), also in error.

There are only six images in Category:Robin Hood (ship, 1995), it doesn't need three categories.

Schiffe im NOK

Moin HenSti, irgendwann ist die Oberkategorie Ships in the Kiel canal falsch angelegt worden und du folgst mit deinen Unterkategorien der falschen Schreibweise. Die richtige Bezeichnung ist Kiel Canal, siehe auch Category:Kiel Canal. Gruß --Ein Dahmer (talk) 09:09, 21 August 2019 (UTC)

Shipyard categories

Hi. Would you please open the logic of this edit?

Sandvikens Skeppsdocka och Mekaniska Verkstad operated during 1895-1938 and Helsinki Shipyard was founded in 2019 (81 years later). The only common link between these companies is that they operated the same facility (Hietalahti shipyard). The ships built by a previous operator must not be credited to the current one - it is incorrect and makes no sense. --Gwafton (talk) 08:20, 21 July 2021 (UTC)

Well, that was am mistake. I thougt, it would make more sence to have one category Category:List of ships built at Hietalahti shipyard instead of only one Category:Hietalahti shipyard. But yes, you're right. My edit doest't make sence. HenSti (talk) 11:45, 13 August 2021 (UTC)

Abgewrackte Schiffe

Moin HenSti, vielleicht ist es dir noch nicht aufgefallen, aber du bist der Einzige, der bei den abgewrackten Schiffen die IMO-Kategorie mit einem „Key“ nach dem letzten Schiffsnamen ergänzt. Damit fallen die von dir bearbeiteten Passagierschiffe in der Übersicht immer aus der Rolle. Vielleicht ist es ja möglich, in Zukunft auf diese persönliche Besonderheit zu verzichten. Hi HenSti. I noticed that you've made a malformed deletion request. Here, {{Delete}} is not for speedy deletion, please see COM:DP. When you want to delete a page by manually using the {{Delete}} template (rather than the automatic Nominate for deletion tool in the Tools menu on the sidebar per COM:DR#Starting requests), you must follow the instructions in the template, including the "Click here to show further instructions" portion (or Commons:Deletion requests/Listing a request manually policy), otherwise you will create a lot of work for other people.   — Jeff G. ツ _{please ping or talk to me} 22:30, 13 February 2022 (UTC)
