Your license question

Since the image is only allowed for non-commercial use, the image is not allowed on the Wikimedia Commons. In the case of an image licensed under a Creative Commons license, the work in question must be licensed in a way which allows both commercial use and derivative works. No, unfortunately not. Noncommercial Creative Commons images are never allowed on Wikimedia Commons. The only two licenses from Flickr that are allowed are Attribution and Attribution / Share-alike. Husky ^{(talk to me)} 08:23, 2 July 2008 (UTC)

Bild ist weg

Hallo High Contrast, du hast vor kurzem ein Bild von mir in die richtige Kategorie in Sudan einsortiert. Dort vermisse ich jetzt ein weiteres Bild Image:Train Sudan towards Wau.jpg, das in den Artikel de:Sudan gehört. Weisst du da was? Gruß -- Bertramz (talk) 15:05, 15 October 2008 (UTC)

Grüß dich! Scheint, als wäre dein Bild gelöscht worden. Eventuell hast du vergessen einen (passenden) Lizenzbaustein zu setzen. Wenn du das Foto selbst geschossen hast, dann lade es einfach noch einmal hoch und verwende eine GNU oder Creative Commons Lizenz, die mit Commons vereinbar ist. --High Contrast (talk) 15:09, 15 October 2008 (UTC)

Das Verschwinden deines Bildes ist in der Tat rätselhaft. Auch nach die Suche nach einem Dublikat in Commons war erfolglos, folglich ist es wirklich verschwunden. Nunja, dein erneuter Upload ist soweit ordnungsgemäß. Was du vielleicht noch nachtragen könntest wäre ein Datum, Jahreszahl o.ä.. Viele Grüße, High Contrast (talk) 07:32, 16 October 2008 (UTC)

It's always funny to see a tag and description text not matching. What do you question here? The permission or exact source or maybe both, eh? I must note that unlike many western sites, ex-yu ones didn't have habit of archiving everything they published on web (for example if they were publishing only 12 last numbers of a magazine) so it might prove hard to provide an exact link to the image. 巡 Mihajlo ^{_[ talk _]} 06:49, 17 October 2008 (UTC)

One more thing. Note that I am not the original uploader of the image. I left a comment on his talk page on sr.wp. Nono, don't direct anybody to an admin for the action you commit. I take it granted you know why you have marked this image with the specific template. Reading the template, the edit description and message on my talk page, I see self-contradictory stuff and here I am to ask what of that is actually concerning the real cause for scheduling this image for deletion. There is an permission (linked from the image page) for using any material from the site http://www.hrvatski-vojnik.hr/ (you can question that part). There is also a possible question whether this image comes from that site actually. Is that what you are questioning? Or maybe both. I didn't find the image on the site, thus it can be disputed. I am currently waiting for response from the original image uploader. He's an sysop at sr.wp and I don't remember him doing anything 'violating' in the past. Thus I can set premise the image might have been once on the HV website. This user is apparently off wiki. Having a closer look on the image, I think it might have been scanned directly from the magazine. That's why I have written to the redaction of HV to ask them whether they permitted this kind of usage too and if they can confirm that the image has been published in the magazine. I didn't ask for the magazine and page numbers, but missing of that info should not be reason for deletion in the case they confirm holding the copyright over the image. Wenn du mehr auf Commons unterwegs wärest, dann wüsstest du, dass diese Quellenangabe eigentlich ausreicht (Auch wenn sie nicht genau dorhin führt; Der uploader sollte in der Lage sein das Bild wieder zu finden). Commons ist nicht Wikipedia. Hier kann man froh sein, wenn die Leute wissen was sie tuen und man nicht 50% der Bilder wieder löschen kann (Wegen solchen mehr oder weniger Lapalien wie einer schlechten Quelle). Meinen Einschätzungen nach wissen mindestens 50% der Leute nicht was "own work" eigentlich beschreibt und was dazu zählt und was {{self|GFDL|cc-by-sa-all}} eigentlich bewirkt bzw. bedeutet.

Ich muss mich korregieren: Du bist in Commons zwar unterwegs, allerdings scheinst du nicht besonders viele schlechte Quellen gesehen zu haben. Wenn eine Art ID vorhanden ist und eine Quelle angegeben ist (so wie http://www.cusnc.navy.mil), dann reicht das normalerweise aus (wenn das Bild vor längerer zeit hochgeladen wurde kommt es oft vor, dass die Quelle nicht mehr existiert, weil z.B. das Bild auf Flickr gelöscht wurde bzw. die Seite des Bildes so nicht mehr existiert oder von Anfang an nur ein popup war (das war z.B. bei http://www.dodmedia.osd.mil/ der Fall)

Sorry if I made a mistake. I transferred image from en:Wikipedia where it is under GNU Free Documentation Licence. Reason for this transfer was no pictures in Mikoyan-Gurevich MiG-35 Category. In Summary section I put source and original Author from original source. Please help me with this image. There is no problem with your way of uploading the image. You have stated your source (en:wiki). But it can be doubted that the original uploader on en:wiki is the author. Bitte kennzeichne nicht einfach Bilder mit {{Nsd}} aus einer reinen Vermutung heraus. Die Quelle war angegeben und die ID befindet sich im Dateinamen ("DF-ST-84-09187"), welche, wenn man bei der Quelle danach sucht, dieses Ergebnis erbringt, welches das genau gleiche Bild ist.
Als ich das Bild hochgeladen habe war die Seite noch ganz anders designed und außerdem eine ganz andere, die sich mittlerweile geändert hat (Ich schätze mal sie ist zu so einer Art redirect geworden). Ich weiß nicht genau woran es liegt, allerdings ist dein edit nicht wirklich aussagekräftig (keine Nachricht über das betroffene Bild enthalten). Ich habe deinen edit revertet, weil die Quelle sowieso schon angegeben ist, sowie {{ID-USMil}} eingefügt, weil das ein neue Standart ist/wird. Ich hab noch eine zusätzliche Quelle angegeben, damit es klarer wird. Bitte fang jetzt nicht an die restlichen Bilder dieser Serie mit nsd zu makieren, weil die sowieso schon auf meiner to do Liste sind. Die kommen demnächst dran.
Dass das Bild von der US Air Force gemacht wurde, weiß ich, weil der Autor "TSGT ROB MARSHALL" ist und "TSGT" (ausgeschrieben "Technical Sergeant") ein Rang der US Air Force ist (siehe en:Technical Sergeant)
Warum die Vorlage jetzt (20:53, 28 December 2008 (UTC)) in der Überschrift nicht funktioniert weiß ich auch nicht. Es handelt sich auf jedenfall um das Bild File:BGM-109G Gryphon - s=DF-ST-84-09187.JPEG.

Gut Kuru! Natürlich starte ich keinen nsd-Feldzug - das wäre ja Unfug. Zweifelsohne eine Positivum, dass ich dich dazu bewegen konnte, mehr Sorgfalt bei der Quellenangabe anzuwenden.
