Hello!

Thank you for providing images to the Wikimedia Commons. Please keep in mind that images uploaded to the Commons should be useful to all users of Wikimedia projects. This is possible only if the images can be found by other people.

To allow others to find the images you uploaded here, the images should be in some place that can be found by navigating the category structure. This means that you should put the images into appropriate topic pages, categories, optionally galleries, or both of them (see Commons:Categories). To find good categories for your images, the CommonSense tool may help.

You can find a convenient overview of your uploaded files in this gallery.

The important point is that the images should be placed in the general structure somewhere. There are a large number of completely unsorted images on the Commons right now. If you would like to help to place some of those images where they can be found, please do!

Hallo! Das Problem ist, dass man für Bilder welche nicht unter der Panoramafreiheit laufen, die Genehmigung des Architekten benötigt. Erst wenn die Schutzfrist des Architekten abgelaufen ist, darf man es auch von einem anderen Winkel aus fotografieren Es geht hier auf keinen Fall um Schikane! Bitte sehe es viel mehr auch als Schutz für Dich (damit du keine Klage an den Hals kriegst…) Übrigens habe ich File:Olympiastadion Muenchen.jpg auch zur Löschung beantragt. Geht schon klar. Mich hat es nur geärgert, dass ich mir eine Arbeit mit dem OTRS mache und dann gerade DIESE Rechtefrage als Begründung von Kameraad Pjotr für seine Löschung genannt wird (nicht etwa das Thema Panoramafreiheit!). Dennoch würde mich der Ausgang der Löschanfrage für File:Olympiastadion_Muenchen.jpg interessieren. Alleine vom Olympiaturm München aus fotografierte Bilder finde ich in den Commons etliche. --Horemu (talk) 11:41, 21 October 2010 (UTC)

Ja, ich hatte den Admin auch gebeten seinen 'close' Kommentar zu ändern aber bis jetzt war dieser Admin nicht mehr online. Ich bin auch gespannt und die Rechtslage scheint ja alles andere als eindeutig zu sein (und je nach Ausgang können wir dein Bild wieder undeleten.). Übrigens: das Missverständnis des schliessenden Admins war, dass er dachte, du hättest das OTRS Ticket nur für den Film gegeben, bist aber nicht der Author der Bilder. Ist meine E-Mail, die ich schreiben sollte und am 16.05.2010 bei permissions-commons-de@wikimedia.org eingegangen ist, nicht diesem Löschantrag zugeordnet? Das hätte ich erwartet. Wie soll sonst ein Dritter gesamtumfänglich darüber urteilen können. In der mir noch vorliegenden E-Mail habe ich geschrieben, dass ich der Eigentümer der Originalbilder bin und ich der Verwendung des Videos in Wikimedia Commons unter den dort angegebenen Konditionen ausdrücklich zustimme.
Mich würde generell interessieren, welche Möglichkeiten man hat, wenn man sich ungerecht behandelt fühlt. Mir ist schon klar, bei der Menge an Medien fällt schon mal was durchs Rost, aber die Möglichkeit meiner Anhörung als nicht ganz Unbeteiligter habe ich schon etwas vermisst. Gelöscht, Vorgang geschlossen, keine Kommentierung mehr möglich, erneutes Hochladen geht natürlich auch nicht mehr ... --Horemu (talk) 18:23, 21 October 2010 (UTC)

Das Problem war, dass die Löschseite noch offen war weil das OTRS Mitglied die nicht geschlossen hatte. Ich wollte die jetzt schliessen (weshalb ich dir auf der deutschen Wipikpedia geschrieben hatte) und dann ist mir auf einmal aufgefallen, dass hier die Panoramafreiheit höhst wahrscheinlich gar nicht gilt. Jetzt wollte ich die Löschantragsseite nicht schliessen (weil die Begründung war ja eine andere) und eine neue aufmachen. Der löschende Admin dachte dann, dass der Löschantrag schon ewig offen war und hat den mit der alten Begründung geschlossen. (Es ist so, dass Armins genauso keinen Zugang zu OTRS haben wie normale Benutzer. Da muss man Mitglied werden…) Tut mir leid, ich sehe dass es besser gewesen wäre einen neuen Löschantrag zu stellen. Aber, es gibt die Möglichkeit das Video noch mal zur Diskussion zu stellen und zwar hier. Das ist wie ein umgekehrter Löschantrag und es wird darüber diskutiert, ob die Datei wiederhergestellt wird. Du kannst auch auf dem Admin board eine Meldung schreiben, for allem wenn du, wie du sagtest, dich ungerecht behandelt fühlst. Da es aber hauptächlich um die Datei geht, denke ich dass Undelete die bessere Wahl ist. LG, Amada44  ^{talk to me} 19:16, 21 October 2010 (UTC)
