Thanks for uploading File:TPB-AFK.png. This media is missing permission information. A source is given, but there is no proof that the author or copyright holder agreed to license the file under the given license. Please provide a link to an appropriate webpage with license information, or ask the author or copyright holder to send an email with copy of a written permission to VRT (permissions-commons@wikimedia.org). You may still be required to go through this procedure even if you are the author yourself; please see Commons:But it's my own work! for more details. After you emailed permission, you may replace the {{No permission since}} tag with {{subst:PP}} on file description page. Alternatively, you may click on "Challenge speedy deletion" below the tag if you wish to provide an argument why evidence of permission is not necessary in this case.

Please see this page for more information on how to confirm permission, or if you would like to understand why we ask for permission when uploading work that is not your own, or work which has been previously published (regardless of whether it is your own).

The file probably has been deleted. If you sent a permission, try to send it again after 14 days. Do not re-upload. When the VRT-member processes your mail, the file can be undeleted. Additionally you can request undeletion here, providing a link to the File-page on Commons where it was uploaded ([[:File:TPB-AFK.png]]) and the above demanded information in your request.

File:Libyan Uprising Gulf of Sidra .png edit

hey, thanks for editing the map. Please note that the name most commonly used of the town is "Sirte" not not "Sirt", can you please change that on the map? Thank you. Gryffindor (talk) 11:14, 29 March 2011 (UTC)Reply

Sadly Bin Jawad is being reported as Gaddafi held again - on your map it is a big circle too, but it is only a small town isn't it? 92.4.67.110 11:36, 29 March 2011 (UTC)Reply
Sirte has been changed, thamks! I just updated the map. Bin Jawad is shown as a medium circle because it is a town. Sirte and Ajdabiya are the largest as they are cities. The smallest circles are villages. The map is more in depth and on a closer scale than the map on Wikipedia:Libyan Uprising, so the circles are adjusted.

Text rendering edit

Hey, It looks like the font is changed from Arial to ArialMT. I'm not sure why But I would suggest using inkscape instead of commercial SVG editors since it's more commonly used by wikipedians. I don't really understand how SVG text is rendered in Wikipedia, and it can vary according to your browser and OS. Some users fix this by converting text to objects but then you'll end up with a fairly large file that is difficult to edit. Rafy (talk) 22:34, 29 March 2011 (UTC)Reply
