Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~. To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg. You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

Oklahoma State edits

Hello,

If you could, please send an email to our administrators to send permission for your photo of the OKState president from your OKState email to permissions-commons@wikimedia.org. The information you need can be found here: Commons:Volunteer Response Team and look for Declaration of consent for all enquiries. This will allow us to keep the photo on Wikipedia.

I also reverted your edit for the logo. We have a separate logo already uploaded and have used that on all images. We’ll keep the old logo for articles when that logo was used (athletic team years, etc.).

Hello,

I sent the email to release the photo for use so we ought to be good there.

The reason I updated the logo is because I was informed by our ad department that when you Google "okstate" it pulls up the old logo. It is pulling from the Chinese version of that image, so that is why I updated it.

Would you know why that is happening?

Hi Jordan,

I apologize, I never saw this reply! Thank you for sending in permission for the photo! I’m glad we could keep her image on Wikipedia.

Is it still showing the old okstate logo when you Google? If so, I would contact Google and ask them to change it, as Wikipedia has no control over that. I believe we had to do that for the Kansas Governor too back in 2019 when she took office.
