There seems to be a problem regarding the description and/or licensing of this particular file. It has been found that you've added in the image's description only a Template that's not a license and although it provides useful information about the image, it's not a valid license. Could you please resolve this problem, adding the license in the image linked above? You can edit the description page and change the text. Uploading a new version of the file does not change the description of the file. This page may give you more hints on which license to choose. Thank you.

edit

I noticed your question in the archive (I'm glad I keep my archives on watch). You have atleast a few options.

1. You can post an undeletion request to see what other admins think of the file: they may disagree with me and decide it's ok.

2. You can upload the file to local wikis under fair use.

3. You can find a simpler logo for the organization, if one exists.

I hope that helps. INeverCry 03:09, 12 December 2012 (UTC)Reply

The new logo you uploaded is perfect. I've tagged the 2 hand/flower logos in the category you showed me as copyvios. The smiley face one is borderline. As for the older hammer/sickle images, these are so old and widely used (by the Soviets, etc) that they're considered PD. If you have any other messages, please post them here, or on my current talk.
