Thanks for uploading File:Alaitz Guridi 02.jpg. This media is missing permission information. A source is given, but there is no proof that the author or copyright holder agreed to license the file under the given license. Please provide a link to an appropriate webpage with license information, or ask the author or copyright holder to send an email with copy of a written permission to VRT (permissions-commons@wikimedia.org). You may still be required to go through this procedure even if you are the author yourself; please see Commons:But it's my own work! for more details. After you emailed permission, you may replace the {{No permission since}} tag with {{subst:PP}} on file description page. Alternatively, you may click on "Challenge speedy deletion" below the tag if you wish to provide an argument why evidence of permission is not necessary in this case.

Please see this page for more information on how to confirm permission, or if you would like to understand why we ask for permission when uploading work that is not your own, or work which has been previously published (regardless of whether it is your own).

The file probably has been deleted. If you sent a permission, try to send it again after 14 days. Do not re-upload. When the VRT-member processes your mail, the file can be undeleted. Additionally you can request undeletion here, providing a link to the File-page on Commons where it was uploaded ([[:File:Alaitz Guridi 02.jpg]]) and the above demanded information in your request.

Ez dut uste fitxategi honek inolako jabetza eskubiderik urratzen duenik.
FLICKR-etik UploadWizard erabiliz commons.wikimedia.org gunera igo dudan Moritz Barcelona erabiltzairen lan bat da.
Hemen ikus daiteke: https://www.flickr.com/photos/moritzbarcelona/24773473434/ eta CC BY 2.0 lizentzia duenez edozeinek Partekatu (partekatu, kopiatu eta birbanatu edozein bitarteko edo formatutan edozein xedetarako, baita merkataritza-xedeetarako ere) eta Moldatu (nahasi, eraldatu eta horretan oinarrituz sortu edozein xedetarako, baita merkataritza-xedeetarako ere) dezakela ulertzen dut, beti ere egilearen izena aipatuz.
Beraz, Christian Ferrer erabiltzaileari eskertuko nioke ezabatzeko eskaera kentzea. Kaletrosa (talk) 19:21, 6 January 2024 (UTC)Reply
Au fait, j'ai vu les photos que vous téléchargez sur FLICKR et elles me semblent magnifiques, félicitations Kaletrosa (talk) 14:21, 7 January 2024 (UTC)Reply
  • Sorry, I do not understand your language. Christian Ferrer (talk) 13:48, 7 January 2024 (UTC)Reply
I'm sorry you don't understand my language, it's Basque, an old and wonderful language spoken in the Basque Country around the Bay of Biscay. I don't understand English either, but I know how to use a translator. Here is my answer translated into English:
I do not believe that this file violates any property rights. This is a work by user Moritz Barcelona that I uploaded from FLICKR to commons.wikimedia.org using UploadWizard. It can be seen here: https://www.flickr.com/photos/moritzbarcelona/24773473434/ and with the CC BY 2.0 license anyone can Share (share, copy and redistribute in any medium or format for any purpose, including commercial purposes) and Adapt ( I understand that he can mix, transform and create based on it for any purpose, even for commercial purposes), always mentioning the name of the author.
So I would be grateful to user Christian Ferrer to remove the takedown request.
Many thanks in advance Kaletrosa (talk) 14:16, 7 January 2024 (UTC)Reply
  • I understood that the page on Flickr has indeed a compatible license, however I do not believe that Moritz Barcelona took the photos and wrote the text. See the vertical text on bottom left of the image, this is a photo of "carta numero 063", therefore Moritz Barcelona can not give us a free license if they do not own the copyright.
