Note that I have tagged this as a derivative work of the poster, which makes it a copyright violation. --dave pape 16:03, 11 December 2007 (UTC)Reply
Hello and thank you for your message. The image was originally tagged as a derivative work by Davepape using the template {{Derivative}} and therefore subject to speedy deletion. The image depicted a creative work, the poster, which is copyrighted and not published under a free license. You may wish to read more about derivative works here. And please do not re-create deleted material. Thanks, RedCoat 15:07, 12 December 2007 (UTC)Reply
Yes, ja:画像:CEATEC JAPAN 2006.JPG is also a derivative work of the poster and therefore a copyright violation. However, since it is hosted on the Japanese Wikipedia, it would have to be nominated for deletion there. Unfortunately you cannot link an image from the Japanese Wikipedia to the English Wikipedia, that is why we use the Wikimedia Commons. You could, however, locally upload an image to the English Wikipedia here. I hope this helps. Regards, RedCoat 16:29, 12 December 2007 (UTC)Reply

There seems to be a problem regarding the description and/or licensing of this particular file. It has been found that you've added in the image's description only a Template that's not a license and although it provides useful informations about the image, it's not a valid license. Could you please resolve this problem, adding the license in the image linked above? You can edit the description page and change the text. Uploading a new version of the file does not change the description of the file. This page may give you more hints on which license to choose. Thank you.
