Cité International

i remind you that you have to ask a deletion for all those pictures. Picking some of the files randomly asking for deletion whilst many pictures of the same buildings (that are much worse as copyright violation, i would say) are still present has no sense. if you think there is a copyright problem it is fine with me, but either you nominate them all or you clearly specify why my pictures from the hill and a picture of a window are more problematic than a snapshot of the whole area from the river... it is less confusing for everyone, don't you think? --Alexmar983 (talk) 03:10, 26 January 2012 (UTC)

In most of these images, there is nothing to copyright. They are general views, and any architecural detail would be de minimis. Please do not create so many deletion requests with understanding this. Beside, FOP issues need to get a proper deletion requests. Speedy deletions are not appropriate. Hello, Please stop creating deletion requests when there is nothing to copyright. You need first to learn about basic copyright concepts, including some copyright laws, COM:DM, etc. Yann (talk) 19:48, 1 February 2012 (UTC)

Category:France FOP cases

Hi! Thank you for using this category when opening your deletion requests on cases about FOP and France. We try to maintain the subcategories as explained here, in order to find quickly what still needs to be discuss/close and what was kept/deleted. Do not hesitate to directly add Category:France FOP cases/pending to your new DR instead of Category:France FOP cases (i.e. it's no big deal if you don't, it's just easier for us). --PierreSelim (talk) 13:59, 9 February 2012 (UTC)

When you add a category to a DR, you must use the following form:

• <noinclude>[[Category:Undelete in 2019]]</noinclude>

If you not use the noinclude pair, then the category will be transcluded onto the daily and monthly logs and archives as well as the DR itself. This triples the size of the category and, if done widely, could have an effect on performance.

This is true for all DR categories:

• Category:France FOP cases
• Category:Undelete in 2019

and so forth. This means that you cannot use HotCat, but must edit the DR directly.

FOP

Hej! Ta gärna en titt på Freedom of panorama#Europe och Commons:De minimis innan du sätter {{FOP}} högt och lågt, annars riskerar du att göra både de som tittar på bilderna och projektet i sig en björntjänst, genom att skrämma bort folk från att använda Commonsfiler. Problemet med mallen {{FOP}} är nog snarare dess utformning än att den används. {{FOP-Sweden}} och andra mallar för enskilda länder kanske är mindre avskräckande.

Eftersom DM är rätt svårtolkad tillämpar jag den inte annat än i uppenbara fall. Lophotrochozoa (talk) 14:35, 18 April 2012 (UTC)

Detta fall är typisk DM. Nordeaskyltarna är små och i fel vinkel för att klippas ut för att kunna användas till något vettigt, och risken är än mindre för DHL-bilen. V-wolf (talk) 11:41, 19 April 2012 (UTC)

I Sverige har vi full panoramafrihet på byggnader och permanent utomhuskonst (commons:Freedom of panorama#Sweden), till skillnad mot exempelvis Frankrike (där exempelvis belysningen på Eiffeltornet varit på tapeten) eller Lettland (där bilder på Swedbankskrapan och andra nyare byggnader diskuterats).
