Our first steps tour and our frequently asked questions will help you a lot after registration. They explain how to customize the interface (for example the language), how to upload files and our basic licensing policy (Wikimedia Commons only accepts free content).

You don't need technical skills in order to contribute here. Be bold when contributing and assume good faith when interacting with others. This is a wiki.

Getting help

More information is available at the community portal. You may ask questions at the help desk, village pump or on IRC channel #wikimedia-commons (webchat). You can also contact an administrator on their talk page. If you have a specific copyright question, ask at the copyright village pump.

Goodies, tips, and tricks

Put Babel boxes on your user page so others know what languages you can speak and indicate your graphic abilities.
You can find the files you have uploaded in your Uploads.
Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~.
To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg.
You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account.
There are several tools to upload files.

Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it.

Карта Автономной Республики Крым edit

Здравствуйте. На вашей карте изображено неправильное административное деление АР Крым (https://ru.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Автономная_Республика_Крым; может в других статьях тоже где-то присутствует неправильная карта). Согласно новым изменениям от 7 сентября 2023 года, в Бахчисарайский район внесено только "Інкерманська міська рада, Качинська селищна рада та всі сільські ради". А на вашей карте изображено, что почти вся территория Севастополя отнесена к Бахчисарайскому району. Не могли бы вы исправить эту карту с учётом внесении на территории Севастополя 31 сёл (как экславы)? И границу между Украиной и РФ исправить на без пунктирную черту? Спасибо. Здравствуйте! Упомянутые вами населённые пункты в рамках административно-территориального устройства Украины переданы в состав Бахчисарайского района АРК. В статье Автнономная Республика Крым об изменении границы АРК и Севастополя в 2023 году текст полностью написан мной. О Бахчисарайском районе написано следующее:

Бахчисарайский район включил прежний Бахчисарайский район, а также территорию Севастопольского городского совета, кроме городской застройки самого Севастополя и Балаклавы (в частности, Инкерманский городской, Качинский поселковый и сельские советы, подчинённые Севастопольскому горсовету).

Таким образом, в скобках я просто конкретизировал советы, которые перешли в состав этого района. Разумеется, и Балаклавский район, в который включены сёла, о которых вы упомянули, тоже перешли в АРК. Нет никаких эксклавов. При составлении карты я ориентировался на изданный в 2020 году Министерством развития общин и территорий атлас и карту административно-территориального устройства Украины с новыми на тот момент районами и общинами Украины по областям (после 24 февраля сайт не работает). С атласа я брал границу как подложку, когда редактировал исходный файл (карта Крыма в составе Украины). Как были определены границы Севастополя по реформе 2020 года, я не знаю, но судя по карте в состав переданы номинально не только территории в том числе Балаклавского района (кроме самой Балаклавы), но и куски Нахимовского, Ленинского и Гагаринского районов. Что касается границы Украины (Крыма) с Россией (Краснодарский край), то пунктир обозначает в данном случае не спорную или региональную границу, а то, что она морская. Я изучил сайт, по которому вы ориентировались, но всё равно остаются вопросы. Должен быть конкретный документ, где всё подробно было бы написано, из каких районов состоит Севастополь, а его нет. В этой статье (https://uk.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Адміністративний_устрій_Севастополя) вообще по другому написано, хоть я считаю , что тут всё подробно написано. Вот ещё один сайт с моим подтверждением: (https://uk.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Севастопольська_міська_рада). Если в этих статьях написано не так, то надо исправлять их. Я ориентируюсь на постанову Верховной Рады Украины, где конкретно ничего не говорилось про городские застройки Севастополя и Балаклавы, а просто написано про сам город Севастополь без конкретизации районов. И можно сделать вывод, что от территории Севастополя убрали только 31 сёл, но не убрали к примеру мыс Фиолент или Херсонеский маяк. В постановлении ВРУ, присланном вами, под городом Севастополь имеется в виду городская застройка. Карта это подтверждает. Под 31 селом вы имеете в виду населённые пункты, подчинённые Балаклавскому району. Некоторые из них входят в Терновский и Орлиновский сельсоветы, которые переданы в новый Бахчисараский район. Плюс Инкерман(ский городской совет), также переданный. Остальные входят в российский Балаклавский муниципальный округ, который по российскому законодательству занимает территорию Балаклавского района за исключением вышеупомянутых советов. По украинскому законодательству соответствующей единицы нет, а все населённые пункты на территории округа также существуют только в российском законе. По украинскому закону с 1957 года (как и оставшаяся в Севастополе Балаклава) они все упразднены и являются просто местностями большого Севастополя (а теперь Бахчисарайского района) без юридического статуса. Очевидно, что в силу отсутствия Севастопольского горсовета, который утверждает районы и их границы, невозможно привести их в соответствие с новым делением. Как и, например, переименовать улицы Ленина. Lukdmi (talk) 20:14, 28 April 2024 (UTC)Reply
