Thank you for uploading images on Commons.

Please add your images to appropriative pages and/or categories where other users could easily find them. For example to Category:Food.

How do I do that? I saw the categories (and the suggestion to add), but didn't see how to add an image to the page - 'edit' just shows me other categories, from what I could see. If someone could describe how to add images, that'd be great. I have, to add,
Desserts: Jello (full), Jello (cut)
Bread: Banana nut muffins
Also, just to check: is it possible to rename/move images? I accidentally have one named less-usefully and another in Wikibooks instead of WikiCommons.

Found the FAQ, so I'll move/edit/rename as needed.

An "oops" in file naming edit

Crop of Elaeagnus umbellata leaf upper surface detail.jpg

Hi, I just noticed your nice photo of the stellate trichomes on Elaeagnus umbellata. There's a little mistake in the file names where it says "underside", but the photo shows the upper surface of the leaf. Could these be moved to corrected names, perhaps with "upper surface" instead of "underside" in the names? A photo that shows the two sides of the leaf for comparison is [1]. Thanks for noticing that. I've requested a rename. Naib (talk) 19:54, 8 March 2015 (UTC)Reply
