Hallo Overberg, da du ja geschrieben hattest, du hättest auch andere deiner Uploads zur Löschung markiert, habe ich einige Uploads durchgesehen und dabei entdeckt, dass du bei File:Lageplan Rengering.jpg und File:Bernard Neteler.jpg dich selbst als Urheber angegeben hast, sicherlich aus Irrtum. Durch treue Reproduktion eines existierenden Werks wird man nicht Urheber. Da beide Vorlagen aus derselben Quellen stammen, solltest du dort nochmal genau nachschauen (ggf. auch anderernorts) wer als Urheber angegeben ist; bei dem Plan möglicherweise ein Amt, bei dem Foto aber eine Person. Diese sollten im Eintrag Autor/Author angegeben werden. Wenn du auch bei gründlicher Recherche keinen Urheber findest, gehört dort {{Unknown}} hinein, was allerdings die Verwendbarkeit des Fotos auf :de einschränken könnte. Bei dem Foto sollte auch eine genauere Datierung erfolgen, da der Abgebildete ja erst 1912 gestorben ist. Erst dann können wir wissen, ob der derzeitige Lizenzbaustein PD-old-100 gerechtfertigt ist, weil der sich ja auf den Fotografen bezieht, nicht auf den Abgebildeten. Zusätzlich solltest du diesen Baustein {{PD-Art}} einsetzen, weil du ja eine Reproduktion aus dem Buch übernommen hast. --Túrelio (talk) 13:57, 19 May 2013 (UTC)Reply

Bei den 3 Karten File:Karte-TK25-Koenigsberg.pdf, File:Karte-KDR100-Koenigsberg.pdf und File:Karte-ME300-Koenigsberg.pdf bin ich mir etwas unsicher. Im Unterschied zu den USA sind Werke staatlicher Stellen in Deutschland nicht automatisch gemeinfrei. Die offiziellen Nutzungsbedingungen (http://www.bkg.bund.de/nn_184026/DE/Bundesamt/Downloads/Kostenlose-Karten/Kostenlose-Karten-Deutschland-Antarktis.html#[Anker-Deutschland]) klingen mir zwar ziemlich frei, aber zugleich etwas einschränkend wegen der "unentgeltlich-Klausel" und der fehlenden Erwähnung einer Bearbeitung. Ich würde dir empfehlen, das auf de:Wikipedia:Urheberrechtsfragen zur Diskussion zu stellen, weil dort mehr Spezialisten zum dt. Urheberrecht mitlesen. Für die 3 Karten laufen bereits LAs, wie du sehen konntest. Zusätzliche speedy sind sinnlos, zumal hier keine URVB vorliegt. Die Karten entsprechen lediglich nicht unseren Richtlinien, was nicht gleichbedeutend mit URV ist. --Túrelio (talk) 13:41, 20 May 2013 (UTC)Reply

Hello,

The developer team at Wikimedia is making some changes to how accounts work, as part of our on-going efforts to provide new and better tools for our users like cross-wiki notifications. These changes will mean you have the same account name everywhere. This will let us give you new features that will help you edit and discuss better, and allow more flexible user permissions for tools. One of the side-effects of this is that user accounts will now have to be unique across all 900 Wikimedia wikis. See the announcement for more information.

Unfortunately, your account clashes with another account also called Overberg.
