Fotografie di monumenti

Ciao. E' possibile che tu abbia caricato delle fotografie che in realtà sono violazioni di copyright; non le metto in cancellazione perché faccio prima a spiegarti perché, così poi puoi richiedere tu stesso la cancellazione immediata, se necessario. In Italia non c'è la libertà di panorama, quindi non è possibile fotografare opere d'arte non ancora nel pubblico dominio senza il permesso dell'autore. Hai fotografato tre monumenti: Image:20071226Enricodell'Acqua 2rimp.jpg, Image:20071226MonLiberty.jpg e Image:20071226Museo 6.jpg. Dovresti precisare nella pagina di descrizione di ogni immagine la data di morte dell'autore: se non sono passati più di 70 anni da questa data, l'opera d'arte non si può fotografare senza il permesso dell'artista, e quindi le foto sono violazioni di copyright. Se invece questi anni sono passati, il monumento è fotografabile senza richiedere permessi. Questo per quanto riguarda il diritto d'autore; anche se il monumento è antico, c'è un problema legato alla protezione dei bene culturali, per cui occorre pure il permesso della soprintendenza che ha in consegna l'opera. Su it.wiki scavalchiamo questo problema caricando immagini a bassa risoluzione (vedi Template Soprintendenza), ma qui su Commons non ci fanno caso. Però, in quanto cittadino italiano, tu non potresti farlo, quindi io almeno ti avverto ;) --Trixt 21:46, 26 December 2007 (UTC)

Il cartello è sicuramente fotografabile liberamente; il problema semmai è lo stemma di Busto, per la cui riproduzione occorre il permesso del comune. Ma qui non c'è una vera e propria riproduzione diretta dello stemma, quindi dovrebbe essere tutto ok.--Trixt 21:10, 6 January 2008 (UTC)

Immagini

Ciao. Dunque, distinguerei fra "foto vecchie" e "foto nuove" (immagino scattate dall'autore del sito). Per queste ultime, serve un'autorizzazione alla pubblicazione sotto licenza libera da parte dell'autore; per questo puoi chiedere all'autore di inviarti, compilato, il modulo che trovi in it:WP:AUTORIZZAZIONE, che poi dovrai girare a permissions-commons@wikimedia.org.

Per le altra, a quanto intuisco l'autore del sito non ha alcun diritto sulle fotografie (le ha semplicemente riprodotte). Se è così, l'unico modo di poterle caricare è {{PD-Old}} (me devi conoscere la data di morte del fotografo, ma non mi pare sia una via percorribile) oppure it:Template:PD-Italia (solo su it.wiki, non su Commons). In questo caso, ti consiglio di:

1. leggere il tag di copyright it:Template:PD-Italia per vedere se è applicabile
2. leggere Come si riconosce la “fotografia artistica” dalla “fotografia semplice”, per poter applicare la normativa sul diritto di autore? (lettura magari non leggerissima ma spiegare in due parole la cosa è impossibile). Puoi anche saltare il primo pezzo e partire a leggere da Per distinguere la tutela della fotografia artistica da quella della fotografia semplice...

Dopo la lettura dovresti avere il quadro per capire se è possibile caricare in sicurezza su it.wiki quelle fotografie. Se sono caricabili, ti consiglio di caricare una versione tal quale della fotografia per poi caricare una nuova versione (basta che clicchi su "carica una nuova versione di questo file" in basso nelle pagina di descrizione dell'immagine dopo averla caricata) ripulita dal timbro postale e altre scritte.--Trixt (talk) 19:16, 5 October 2009 (UTC)

Tip: Add categories to your files

Thanks a lot for contributing to the Wikimedia Commons! Here's a tip to make your uploads more useful: Why not add some categories to describe them? This will help more people to find and use them.

Here's how:

1) If you're using the UploadWizard, you can add categories to each file when you describe it. Just click "more options" for the file and add the categories which make sense:

2) You can also pick the file from your list of uploads, edit the file description page, and manually add the category code at the end of the page.

[[Category:Category name]]

For example, if you are uploading a diagram showing the orbits of comets, you add the following code:

[[Category:Astronomical diagrams]]

[[Category:Comets]]

This will make the diagram show up in the categories "Astronomical diagrams" and "Comets".

When picking categories, try to choose a specific category ("Astronomical diagrams") over a generic one ("Illustrations").

Hi, I'm not sure how to fix it. If you check the [[Category

Villa Ottolini-Tosi]] you will see the author of the house, Camilla Crespi Balbi, died in 1932. Not sure if this can help. Please let me know. Thanks. --

Ciao, ti rispondo in italiano. Allora, per la prima immagine, se l'autore è morto 1932 ed era anche autore dell'opera che hai fotografato, dovrebbe andare bene perché il copyright è scaduto (70 anni dalla morte), però ti conviene indicare questa informazione nella descrizione del file, rimuovendo l'avviso di cancellazione.

Quanto alla seconda immagine, il problema è lo stemma comunale, che salvo diversa indicazione è sotto copyright dell'artista/amministrazione comunale; di per sé l'immagine potrebbe essere agevolmente ricreata utilizzando una versione dello stemma ridisegnata e pubblicata sotto licenza libera, di cui già disponiamo. --Arrow303 (talk) 19:56, 10 March 2024 (UTC)
