Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~. To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg. You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

File:East China Sea location map OSM.svg map

Hello! I have started using the awesome File:East China Sea location map OSM.svg map you made on East China Sea related pages like Mianhua Islet, Liang Island etc, but I just noticed that although the map includes approximate maritime boundaries between Taiwan-Philippines, Japan-Philippines, Japan-ROK and included the ROK-DPRK, Russia-DPRK and DPRK-PRC boundaries, there's no approximate maritime boundary given between Taiwan areas (ROC) and China areas (PRC). I think that whether or not you want to call it an international boundary (like with the DPRK-ROK boundary), it's still an important maritime boundary between two governing powers with separate military forces that have embassies in other countries. I would like to suggest adding this boundary to the map. What I would see as a good approximation of this maritime boundary (for reference) is found in this map: File:Taiwan relief location map.jpg . I am not able to do a good job with creating maps, and I would appreciate it if you would add this maritime boundary if you are interested in doing so. Thanks for your time. Thank you for telling me that. File:Hokkaidō géolocalisation relief 000.svg is derivative map of File:Hokkaidō géolocalisation.svg, that created when some famous lakes ware not shown in File:Hokkaidō géolocalisation.svg. I have already corrected it days ago, so they have no difference between two images.

I prepared four different images. Please choose each image according to the situation. You may want to switch File:Hokkaidō géolocalisation relief 000.svg to 4 or 2.

1. File:Hokkaidō géolocalisation.svg - Around Hokkaido mainland, administrative
2. File:Hokkaidō géolocalisation_relief.svg - Around Hokkaido mainland, topographic
3. File:Hokkaidō_with_southern_Kuril_geolocalisation.svg - Hokkaido and Northern Territories, administrative
4. File:Hokkaidō_with_southern_Kuril_geolocalisation_relief.svg - Hokkaido and Northern Territories, topographic

I kept 1 and 2 (mainland) , because 3 and 4 (with northern territories) are too small map scale for article explanation. --Peka (talk) 15:27, 5 April 2022 (UTC)

Thank you for creating the image with the Northern Territories. But I would like these territories to be added to File:Hokkaidō géolocalisation relief 000.svg. That maps of prefectures were on one standart. So can you?

P.S. I was interested in the topic of the Southern Kurils with the beginning of the war in Ukraine. I have greatly improved articles, added and created images. After all, we have one enemy. Chuuuvak (talk) 14:31, 11 April 2022 (UTC)
