Your account will be renamed edit

Hello,

The developer team at Wikimedia is making some changes to how accounts work, as part of our on-going efforts to provide new and better tools for our users like cross-wiki notifications. These changes will mean you have the same account name everywhere. This will let us give you new features that will help you edit and discuss better, and allow more flexible user permissions for tools. One of the side-effects of this is that user accounts will now have to be unique across all 900 Wikimedia wikis. See the announcement for more information.

Unfortunately, your account clashes with another account also called Raminagrobis. To make sure that both of you can use all Wikimedia projects in future, we have reserved the name Raminagrobis~commonswiki that only you will have. If you like it, you don't have to do anything. If you do not like it, you can pick out a different name.

Your account will still work as before, and you will be credited for all your edits made so far, but you will have to use the new account name when you log in.

Hello.

In Albania, Bosnia, Montenegro, Macedonia, Moldova, Morocco, Indonesia, Iran, Brazil and Colombia trains operate on the right on double track railway lines. That is why they need to be painted in red. Since 2012 Austria overwhelmingly operates on the right, with few exceptions and needs to be painted in red with a blue asterisk.

In Nigeria, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Uruguay, North Korea, Laos, Myanmar, Iraq, Sri Lanka and New Zealand trains operate on the left on double track railway lines. That is why they need to be painted in blue. Saudi Arabia operates on the left (except Mekka Metro which operates on the right) and needs to be painted in bue with a red asterisk.

Could you also check the countries which are painted in gray, because some of them likely have double track railway lines with either right-hand or left-hand traffic or both.

out of curiosity I've tried your python script, but it fails with

KeyError: 'Worksheet Coal Production - Mtoe does not exist.'

May you please reproduce this?

Dear Wikimedian,

Wikimedia Commons is happy to announce that the 2022 Picture of the Year competition is now open. This year will be the seventeenth edition of the annual Wikimedia Commons photo competition, which recognizes exceptional contributions by users on Wikimedia Commons. Wikimedia users are invited to vote for their favorite images featured on Commons during the last year (2022) to produce a single Picture of the Year.

Hundreds of images that have been rated Featured Pictures by the international Wikimedia Commons community in the past year are all entered in this competition. These images include professional animal and plant shots, breathtaking panoramas and skylines, restorations of historical images, photographs portraying the world's best architecture, impressive human portraits, and so much more.

For your convenience, we have sorted the images into topical categories. Two rounds of voting will be held: In the first round, you may vote for as many images as you like. The top 30 overall and the two most popular images in each category will continue to the final. In the final round, you may vote for just three images to become the Picture of the Year.

Round 1 will end on 1 May 2023, 23:59:59 UTC.
