Cher Royonx, je me permets d’intervenir. Merci pour votre photo. Personne ne met en doute qu’elle est de vous. Maheureusement en France la liberté de panorama n’existe pas. Le fait qu’un objet protégé par le droit d’auteur (par exemple un bâtiment) soit visible depuis l’espace public ou même que sa construction ait été financée avec de l’argent public n’est pas suffisant pour que vous puissiez publier votre photo sous licence libre. C’est ce que Wdwd a voulu expliquer dans la page de nomination en pointant vers Commons:Freedom_of_panorama#France. Voyez par exemple l’Article Wikipédia en français fr:Liberté de panorama.
