need help to restore the page I created

Thanks for your message yestarday. I need your help to restore a page, created by me yestarday. It is deleted due to copyright issues I believe. Today I got the email consent from the original site to reuse the content and photos for wikipedia site. But page has been deleted automatically. Kindly help me to get it restored.

Hi! You can do that by requesting the undeletion of the file as per Commons:Undeletion requests. Doing that and giving a reason to the undeletion, the file will be restored if the request is approved and the permission you got is according as per Commons:Licensing rules. Hi! This issue is easy to resolve. Are you representing the organization L-side? If you are not, you can't upload it even if you recreate it because copyright status remains to L-side. If you are representing L-side, you can assure this image stays on Commons by following the steps described in OTRS system. This will store the permission and clearing any doubts. Not familiarized with the subject, I just uploaded a bigger version of the existing image. If this image isn't the person described, it would be easier to change the description and rename the image. Personality rights

Hello. I've seen you adding a "Personality rights" template on some celebrities photos. Well, I don't think there is any personality rights in such photos. A celebrity photo in a public place does not violate their rights so there is no need to add such template.--OsamaK 21:31, 3 July 2009 (UTC)

As a magazine cover, the image is considered as a non-free image due to most of magazines covers are protected with copyrights. To make clear and without any doubt that you are the copyright owner and you wanto to release your image as a free image, you can follow the steps of the OTRS system. Stalingrad

Why did you place File:Eastern Front 1942-11 to 1943-03 de.png and File:Eastern Front 1942-11 to 1943-03.png in Category:History of Romania? What is specific to Romania about them? Yes, I know Romanian soldiers were involved in the battle (as were soldiers of several nationalities). It seems to me that either we need to put Category:Battle of Stalingrad itself in categories related to the various countries fighting there or not, but there is nothing I see that makes these two maps any more specific to Romania than anything about the battle in general. First, the image File:Eastern Front 1942-11 to 1943-03 de.png was not edited by me. You can see the historic, it doesn't show in the log any edit made by me to that image. Second, the edit that I made to the image File:Eastern Front 1942-11 to 1943-03.png was adding the {{Information}} tag via the Add {{Information}} button on the left side tools box of the page. It automatically added those categories as you can see in the diff. If the image is not related to the category subject or is not accurate that I can not tell you as I have not the knowledge of that particular detail. But if you see where the image is being used, you can see it is being used in en:Romanian_Armies_in_the_Battle_of_Stalingrad on en.wikipedia.org. As an army of a country represents the country where the army is from, their acting in the field is part of history, especially the History of Romania, wich can not be apart of that. It may not be the mainly History of Romania, and I think that is the case, but it can not be off topic in History of Romania, because that topic is too all-embracing topic. I suggest that those images being connected to the Category:Battle of Stalingrad and then connected to Category:World War II forces of Romania and then to Category:Military history of Romania wich is already connected to Category:History of Romania. Seems like a good solution. As I gather you understand, the fact that an image is used in an article doesn't necessarily mean that the categories associated with the article have much to do with the image. For an extreme example, if an article uses a picture of the apartment building someone lived in, his death date certainly wouldn't be a relevant category for the building. - Jmabel ! talk 22:56, 24 January 2010 (UTC)

Please see, for example, Commons:Deletion requests/Image:JohnnyCash and TheTennesseeTwo.jpg, Commons:Deletion requests/File:LillianSwedenBertilGrave.jpg and Commons:Deletion requests/Image:Curtis family.jpg, which should illustrate that Find a Grave's disclaimer doesn't solve the situation, but rather is the whole problem with the situation. Basically, what they're saying is "we don't claim to hold copyright to the things people upload here, and we don't take responsibility for ensuring that those uploading things here honour copyright laws." That's far from amounting to stating that the file is in the public domain (and en:User:Djwilms certainly isn't the author, as claimed in the file description). —LX (talk, contribs) 18:43, 11 March 2010 (UTC)

There is a model photo that I would like to use as a model for an artwork. I would like to get permission to use a NH model photo as the basis for an original piece of art.
