Dear Colleagues! I scanned this image myself from the local newspaper (Solymári Hírmondó, 1991. january), this was a part of the headline of the newspaper in that year. I offered to my colleagues in the Hungarian Wikipedia to delete this image, if anyone of them find it problematic [no one replied], and according to this, I offer you as well to delete it, if you find any legal problem with it.
But if your decision will be a deletion, please let me know, how can I use the image of this crest, if I would like to publish it on Wikipedia? This crest has no appearance on the internet, since the author had withdrawn his offer (to the municipality of Solymár, Hungary) to use this crest in cca. 1992 or 1993, and we don't have any physical object, that bears the image of this crest on itself.
So please let me know, how I can show the image of this crest (which is a small part, but concrete part of the history of my municipality) on the Hungarian Wikipedia, if the scanned copy of the head of our local newspaper is banned to republish. Hi, as far as I understood, this is not an official coat of arms of an Hungarian city. This means the copyright stays by its creator an you cannot publish on commons or anwhere else, unless you have th authority by the author. You may try to contact him and ask him if he is willing to publish the image under a free license ({{Cc-by-sa-3.0}} is rcommanded here). If he agrees h had to send an mailtothe commons support-team as documented under Commons:OTRS. Once the mail has been sent, you better replace the problm tag with {{OTRS pending}} which will prevent deletion for 30 days or until the case will be decided as valid or invalid. regards. --JuTa18:40, 18 October 2013 (UTC)Reply

Itt válaszolok, mert úgy látom, hogy nem él a vitalapja. Ez egy több mint tíz évvel ezelőtti kép, úgyhogy nem emlékszem 100 %-os pontossággal, hogyan készült, de biztos vagyok benne, hogy nem hatoltam be a készítéséhez elkerített magánterületre. Legfeljebb talán az történhetett, hogy átemeltem a fényképezőgépet a kerítésen, de fotózni a vízmosás területéről fotóztam. A forrásból elfolyó víz útját követtem, amikor felfedeztem és lefényképeztem az objektumot. Most ebben a havas időjárásban biztosan nem fogok felmenni és ellenőrizni, hogy mik most ott a jelenlegi terep- és kerítésviszonyok, de 2006 januárjában semmi sem utalt arra, hogy a kép elkészítésével birtokháborítást követtem volna el. De ha sérelmesnek érzi a képet, kérem, kezdeményezze a törlését a commonson, nem fogok szót emelni miatta.
Ezt a beszelgetest most talaltam meg, nem igazan hasznalom a wikipediat, ugyhogy a serleget sem ertem, lehet hogy valahol ranyomtam?
A kep annak idejen azert keltette fel az erdeklodesem, mert olvastam, hogy jart kint regesz csapat, illetve tudom, hogy volt epitesi munka is a teruleten; azt hittem, hogy esetleg bejottek megszemlelni a medencet, ami csupan erdekesseg gyanant merult fel bennem, nem teteleztem fel birtokhaboritast es ha bejottek volna, sem csinaltam volna belole problemat.
Ha erdekel valakit a medence, helytorteneti vagy epitomernoki szempontbol, szivesen megmutatom belulrol.

@Regasterios: Szia! Nem tudok erre mit mondani. Amikor ezeket a képeket feltöltöttem, tudtommal még nem estek semmilyen korlátozás alá. Ha a jelenlegi szabályozás nem engedi meg ilyen információs táblák fotóinak közzétételét, az egyrészt rendkívül szomorú és sajnálatos, másrészt az adminok tegyék bátran, ami ez esetben a dolguk. Hi, I've nothing to say about this. When I uploaded these pictures, at that time they were not subject to any restrictions (to the best of my knowledge). If the current legislation does not allow the posting of photos on such information boards, it is on the one hand reasonably sad and regrettable, but on the other hand the admins should have the courage to do, what they must do in this case. Thanks a lot for contributing to the Wikimedia Commons! Here's a tip to make your uploads more useful: Why not add some categories to describe them? This will help more people to find and use them.
Here's how:
1) If you're using the UploadWizard, you can add categories to each file when you describe it. Just click "more options" for the file and add the categories which make sense:
2) You can also pick the file from your list of uploads, edit the file description page, and manually add the category code at the end of the page.
[[Category:Category name]]
For example, if you are uploading a diagram showing the orbits of comets, you add the following code:
When picking categories, try to choose a specific category ("Astronomical diagrams") over a generic one ("Illustrations").
