You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

Toma646, please don't revert pages of files with opened DR until an Administrator closes them; these reversions may be considered vandalism. The discussion in the DR is the right place to discuse why the files should be kept (currently, nobody were provided reason to keep the files in the DR).

Also, the account name is the same as the music band. Therefore, this may be a Single purpose account, so, I provided a correct and valid reason for the deletion (autopromotion). As I provided a valid reason for deletion, you should provide a valid reason why the files should be kept in the right place.

I'l revert your editions until an Admin closes the DR. You uploaded an attack image here and then used a sockpuppet account to vandalize cs.wiki with it. You have 10 socks on cs.wiki. I have no intention of unblocking you here when you're using Commons to sock and commit vandalism on another wiki. INeverCry 18:20, 15 September 2014 (UTC)

@INeverCry - Yes i used it on my sandbox and on cswiki, but i thinked that i can upload this file, when here many and many other very similar files (and use it to personal attacks not was my main first reason when i uploaded it, but i haved on cswiki reason to use this file), this is my creation, creation like other paintings. And i want know, why you tolerate pictures like this, when you dont tolerate my similar picture, i thinked that it not will be vandalism, when here similar pictures. You used it on cs.wiki with a sock account as an attack/vandalism. It's the socking and use of the file that's the problem here. It's you're behavior, not necessarily the image that is unacceptable (though the low quality is a COM:SCOPE issue). Your image was crudely made, suggesting your only purpose was the cross-wiki vandalistic attack use of it. INeverCry 18:44, 15 September 2014 (UTC)

1. You are to only use this account. You have provided useful uploads to Commons,[1][2][3], and we would like useful uploads to continue. But under the account Toma646 only!
2. This was not a good idea. I understand that you thought it was ok due to files such as this, but when used for vandalism it's not ok.

Your unblock on cs.wp is going in your favour here on Commons. If they are willing to extend to you the courtesy of an unblock, then we can do the same here on Commons. Please be aware that if you sock again on Commons, or upload media for vandalism or personal attacks then you will probably be re-blocked indefinitely on Commons.
