Getting help

More information is available at the community portal. You may ask questions at the help desk, village pump or on IRC channel #wikimedia-commons (webchat). You can also contact an administrator on their talk page. If you have a specific copyright question, ask at the copyright village pump.

Goodies, tips, and tricks

Stimate domnule Iuga, am văzut ! Aţi muncit serios, nu glumă. O întrebare şi o sugestie încă. Leul pe fond "aur" pentru Muntenia, unde l-aţi găsit? Eu îl găsesc la Flandra, când caut... Mă tem că "Domnitorul Duce Despot al Marii Valahii" nu este voievodul muntean, ci un descendent al ducilor cruciaţi catolici, zişi "latini", din Tesalia, care apare în multe documente medievale ca "Marea Vlahie". Pentru standardizarea stemelor, vă propun să scoateţi coroanele celor două care au (mai ales la Tribalia care nu a fost regat nici principat). Stemele respective nu le-am standardizat fiindcă am vrut să păstrez aspectul, însă până la urmă vă dau dreptate, am căutat mai multe detalii şi merge standardizarea, aveam dubi în privinţa Timocului.

În ce priveşte stema Munteniei, ea nu seamănă cu cea a Flandrei, poziţia leului fiind alta, având coroană princiară. În ce priveşte denumirea, Marea Valahie însemna iniţial Ţara ROmânească toată(oricum era doar Muntenia pe atunci, Oltenia fiind luată după) iar mai târziu însemna doar Muntenia, unii spun că Lesser Walachia era adresată Moldovei, însă nu este confirmat, fiind folosita pentru Oltenia cel puţin în sec XVIII. Stema nu poate fi a unor români din Grecia, atunci nu exista nici o entitate politică românească în Balcani, însă ea respectă tradiţia heraldică a Munteniei, domnii fiind reprezentaţi de multe ori printr-un leu, leu care probabil se trage de la legăturile cu Bulgaria. De asemenea, dacă luăm faptul că Domnul Ţării Româneşti era duce de Amlaş-Făgăraş, era vasal în Regatul Ungarie, totul se leagă. Au mai existat cazuri, regele Angliei fiind duce de Gasconia, vasal regelui Franţei, în Franţa era duce, în Anglia rege. Eu cred că toate arată clar spre voievodul Ţării Româneşti. Domnule Cepleanu,am scos coroanele şi am pus argint peste aur, coroana leului am făcut-o din aur, ca în ultima reprezentare postată în codexul II, fiindcă nu găsesc sursa cu aur, iar imaginea din cartea domnului Cernovodeanu nu-i chiar un desen heraldic,nu vreau să se creadă că inventez smalţuri. Am mai adăugat şi Ocolul Liber Câmpulung.

Vă recomand să nu mai insultați orice normă de heraldică instituind pe Wikipedia acele culori oribile pentru stema României, și să vizitați următorul link: http://www.cdep.ro/pls/proiecte/docs/2016/pl030_pr030_16.pdf pentru a vedea Anexa la Legea 146/2016 privind stema României și sigiliul statului. Vă invit să cereţi, din moment ce nu aţi adus un singur argument. Acele culori oribile sunt culorile heraldice clasice, „oribil” nu reprezintă o sursă, vă invit să aprofundaţi heraldica. Imaginea mea respectă 100% anexa, doar că versiunea respectivă este scanată şi alterată, ori heraldica are nişte culori standard, iar anexa nu a instituit noi culori, doar a dat un ghid în mare pentru a realiza noile steme.

Nicio versiune oficială a stemei României nu conține nuanțele pe care insistați să le impuneți abuziv. Verificați orice site al autorității de stat, orice stemă afișată la sediile instituțiilor de stat, orice versiune color a stemei de pe documentele oficiale (inclusiv cea de pe cartea de identitate). Cărţile de identitate nu sunt surse academice în heraldică, nici lucrări ştiinţifice, nici legi, că nu vă cunoaşteţi stema, că nu cunoaşte poliţistul stema, nu înseamnă că aveţi o regulă heraldică. Este problema dv. dacă autorităţile de stat nu respectă legea, nu este problema wikipediei sau a heraldicii. Dv. spuneţi că eu ar trebui să impun amatorismul în locul tradiţiei heraldice, fiindcă . vă plac culorile ălea „cool”. Poate vă plac manele, dar nu înseamnă că stema are un lanţ de aur pe acvilă, poate vă place rock-ul, nu înseamnă că acvila are un un pierce în cioc. Eu mă uit pe buletin şi văd stema copiată de pe wikipedia, deci este un cerc vicios al incompetenţei. Apoi faceţi susţineri de tot râsul, toate, peste tot. În primul rând, reprezentările digitale nu sunt considerate în România lucrări heraldice,(Pentru a trece un proiect trebuie să-l desenezi de mână, în culorile acceptate. Apoi mă interesează foarte puţin de emblemele instituţiilor, pot să-şi pună un ponei verde pe site, nu schimbă legea şi heraldica, iar pentru a putea susţine aşa ceva, ar trebui să mergem în toate instituţiile şi să pozăm stema statului de pe perete.

Deci, eu nu impun ceva, culorile alea sunt culorile heraldice acceptate în format digital în heraldică. Dacă numim ceva stemă, trebuie să respectăm normele heraldice PE CARE LE INVOCAŢI, dacă nu, este emblemă şi-i puteţi face ciocul roz cu ruj pe buze. Deci, intraţi pe link-urile alea cu încredere, o să vedeţi că alea sunt culorile acceptate. Domnule Cepleanu, nu vă găsesc mail-ul pentru a discuta. Nu mai ştiu dacă era vorba să îl primesc sau să-l dau eu, cert este că am căutat prin arhive, prin mail-uri salvate şi nu-l găsesc. Am văzut că v-aţi retras, nu m-am aşteptat, m-a întristat vestea din două motive. Primul, fiindcă aţi fost un utilizator de bună credinţă, care a adus contribuţii importante, deschis dialogului raţional, al doilea, fiindcă nu m-am putut ţine de promisiunea de a discuta pe mail cu dumneavoastră. Am uitat un timp de discuţia ce am promis că o să o avem despre copilăria dumneavoastră în Maramureş. Dacă vedeţi acest mesaj, mi-ar face plăcere mare să răspundeţi şi să-mi pot ţine promisiunea, să discutăm, să vă dau detalii, poze. Viuser (talk) 23:28, 2 November 2016 (UTC)Reply

Mulţumesc Viuser, eşti indulgent cu mine. Alţii precum Iulian Macreanu erau convinşi că sunt de rea credinţă. Eu nu ştiu dacă este bună sau rea, ştiam doar să fac, prin legături şi amănunte, "punţi" între articole pentru a da de gândit celorlalţi contributori şi cititorilor. Am colegi şi foşti elevi care au preluat această ştafetă, şi tocmai am aflat azi că şi Iulian are succesori precum Pafsanias care este convins că ei "îşi bat joc" de Wikipedia fiindcă, aşa cum îndrăzneam eu odinioară, îndrăznesc ei azi să conteste mărunţişuri cum ar fi pertinenţa statutului de "localitate" acordat de nomenclatorul administraţiei unor staţiuni balneare. Orice discuţie suscită puncte de vedere multiple şi poate zgâria susceptibilităţi. Este ceva firesc. Relativ la copilăria la familia Mariei Iuga din Săliştea de Sus, mi-au mai rămas nişte poze. Dar a fost doar o perioadă. O frumoasă perioadă. Acum o jumătate de veac ! Majoritatea copilăriei am petrecut-o pe străzile, atunci prăfose dar cu rare maşini, ale Constanţei şi Bucureştiului.
