First steps tutorial

Our first steps tour and our frequently asked questions will help you a lot after registration. They explain how to customize the interface (for example the language), how to upload files and our basic licensing policy (Wikimedia Commons only accepts free content).

You don't need technical skills in order to contribute here. Be bold when contributing and assume good faith when interacting with others. This is a wiki.

Getting help

More information is available at the community portal. You may ask questions at the help desk, village pump or on IRC channel #wikimedia-commons (webchat). You can also contact an administrator on their talk page. If you have a specific copyright question, ask at the copyright village pump.

Goodies, tips, and tricks

Put Babel boxes on your user page so others know what languages you can speak and indicate your graphic abilities.
You can find the files you have uploaded in your Uploads.
Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~.
To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg.
You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account.
There are several tools to upload files.
Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful.

Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it.

Xser21さんが本日投稿されたFile:Keisei sugano sta(cropped).jpgですが、切り出す前の元画像であるFile:Keisei sugano sta.jpgの著者はパリカールさんです。

（1）こういう場合に、author=

`\|author=[[User:Xser21\|Xser21]]`

の部分をご自身の名前としてはいけません。この場合はパリカールさんですから、

`\|author=パリカール`

とする必要があります。上のように表示するためには右をコピー&ペーストしてお使い下さい。

|author=[[:ja:%E7%89%B9%E5%88%A5:%E6%8A%95%E7%A8%BF%E8%A8%98%E9%8C%B2/%E3%83%91%E3%83%AA%E3%82%AB%E3%83%BC%E3%83%AB|パリカール]]

これは元画像のライセンスにより、改変した画像を投稿する際にもパリカールさんの名前を表示することが定められているためです。しかし一般論として、ライセンスに関係なく、他者が撮影した写真を切り出す程度で再投稿する場合は、自分の名前を出さずに原著者だけを表示するのが一つのマナーです。一番手間が掛かっているのは撮影者であり、切り出し自体は数分間で済む極めて簡単な作業だからです。ついでに申しますと、単純な切り出しのみが必要な場合、それが本当に必要な切り出しならば、新たなファイルとして投稿せずに元画像に上書きアップロードする方が無難です。

（2）元画像の分類は

`[[Category:Sugano Station]]` `[[Category:Taken with Fujifilm FinePix F700]]`

ですから、新たな画像についてもこの分類を継承して下さい。File:Keisei sugano sta(cropped).jpgではCategory:菅野駅となっていて、赤リンクのままで機能していません。コモンズではカテゴリ分類は全て英語でなされています。

過去にXser21さんが投稿された画像は以上の2点がほとんど不備のままです。新規に画像を投稿することは中止して、過去にご自身が投稿された画像について、著作者の項目とカテゴリ分類を再点検した上で、編集し直して下さいますようお願い致します。--トトト (talk) 05:58, 4 April 2019 (UTC)Reply

Info 元画像かどうかはこの場合無関係でして、ライセンスがCC-BY-ND

であるという時点で、そもそもコモンズに受け入れ不可なのです。Commons:Licensing/ja#有名なライセンスをお読み下さい。受け入れ可能なライセンスにはどんなものがあるか、という点をまずは理解された方がいいと思います。--トトト (talk) 05:43, 5 April 2019 (UTC)Reply

This file has not been uploaded completely due to a software problem (see phab:T190988). Please re-upload it by clicking on "Upload a new version of this file" link below the section titled "File history". Then, please remove the {{Incomplete upload}} tag from the file description page.
At least 30 days after the addition of the tag, volunteers will assess the quality of image and may crop it if being in use or deemed useful. Otherwise, the image may be deleted summarily (CSD#F7).

こんにちは。最近、Xser21様が他人の写真の部分を切り取って、同じファイルとしてアップロードすることについてですが、切り取りの度合いによって上書きすることができるものとできないものがあるので、Commons:Overwriting existing filesを読んでください。例えば、このように駅舎の一部を切り取ってアップロードすることは「大幅な変更」と見なされる可能性もあるので、ご注意ください。--そらみみ (talk) 06:29, 3 July 2019 (UTC)Reply

こんにちは。Xser様が写真を切り取って、ファイルを上書きアップロードしたことについてですが、Commons:既存ファイルへの上書きの「上書きすべきでない場合」をきちんと読んでください。自分の写真ならいいかもしれませんが、他の利用者の写真を大量に修正しようとする時は編集合戦を誘発する可能性があるため、許可を取った方あるいは別のファイルでアップロードした方がいいと思いますよ。よろしくお願いします。--そらみみ (talk) 16:13, 17 November 2019 (UTC)Reply
