There seems to be a problem regarding the description and/or licensing of this particular file. It has been found that you've added in the image's description only a Template that's not a license and although it provides useful informations about the image, it's not a valid license. Could you please resolve this problem, adding the license in the image linked above? You can edit the description page and change the text. Uploading a new version of the file does not change the description of the file. This page may give you more hints on which license to choose. Thank you.

Hallo Zeitlupe, weil wir uns schon länger "kennen" und weil Du Dich bei den Commons etwas besser auszukennen scheinst als ich, bitte ich Dich um Rat. In letzter Zeit habe ich zwei Bilder hochgeladen, bin aber wegen Lizenzproblemen mit dargestellten Kunstwerken bisher gescheitert.

Bild 1: File:Otto-Modersohn-Kabinett_Wertheim.jpg Dieses Bild habe ich am 19. Januar 2016 hochgeladen. Der Fotograf hat sein Einverständnis zur Nutzung selben Tag an Commons permission gesandt. Man antwortete ihm: "Leider gibt es noch ein Problem: Ihr Foto zeigt mehrere Kunstwerke. Sofern deren Malern nicht bereits seit über 70 Jahren tot sind, benötigen Sie entweder die Erlaubnis des jeweiligen Urhebers, oder wir benötigen für jedes Bild eine Freigabe des Urhebers." Ich habe das Problem im Commons:Forum zur Diskussion gestellt, aber der Beitrag wurde ohne Antwort auf die schließlich entscheidende Frage, ob De minimis anwendbar ist, archiviert. Am 23. März 2016 habe ich die Frage im Commons:OTRS/Noticeboard gestellt (deutsch sei erlaubt). Am 28. März 2016 wurde das Bild gelöscht, was ich dort geschrieben habe. Der Beitrag ist immer noch ohne Antwort. Am 29. März 2016 habe ich per E-Mail unter Angabe des Tickets an Commons permission geschrieben, den Fall geschildert und wegen De minimis gefragt. Bisher keine Antwort.

Bild 2: File:Petruskirche Parkstadt Solln Kirchenraum.jpg Dieses Bild (Du kennst es, danke für die Kategorisierungen) habe ich am 8. März 2016 zusammen mit drei "problemlosen" hochgeladen. Durch Bild 1 etwas klüger geworden, habe ich mich gleich um Einverständniserklärungen sowohl des Fotografen als auch der (wie sich herausstellte) drei Rechteinhaber an den Kunstgegenständen, Kinder des 2007 verstorbenen Künstlers bemüht. Der Fotograf hat sein Einverständnis zur Nutzung selben Tag an Commons permission gesandt. Die Einverständniserklärung bezüglich der abgebildeten Kunstwerke haben die Rechteinhaber am 31. März 2016 an Commons permisssion gesandt. Bisher keine Reaktion.

Ich bin vor allem irritiert, weil ich auf eine "Mauer des Schweigens" stoße. Kein Mensch antwortet mir bezüglich Bild 1 wegen De minimis, und dass bezüglich Bild 2 nichts geschieht, beunruhigt mich auch. Bin ich zu ungeduldig? Mache ich etwas falsch? Für Aufklärung wäre ich Dir sehr dankbar – oder zumindest für Nennung einer kompetenten Ansprechperson oder -stelle, die reagiert. Hallo Anselm. Tut mir leid, ich bin hier kein Admin und kenne mich mit dem Prozess der Rechteinhaberklärung warscheinlich noch weniger aus als du. Allerdings sind die Commons-Admins hier unterbesetzt und oft mit der Fülle der Uploads überfordert, ein bisschen Geduld kann sicher nicht schaden. --Zeitlupe (talk) 06:16, 5 April 2016 (UTC)Reply

Hallo Zeitlupe, danke für Deine Antwort, wenigstens die mit weitem Abstand schnellste in diesem Geduldsspiel. Ich habe den Rechteinhabern etwas Druck gemacht wegen ihrer Einverständniserklärungen, da sieht es natürlich blöd aus, wenn danach (erst mal lange) nichts geschieht.
