Deutsch: In der Peterstraße stehen neben teils Original-, vor allem Nachbauten barocker Backsteinhäuser, die so während des 17. Jahrhunderts errichtet wurden. Original ist lediglich das Beyling-Stift in der Peterstraße 39 und 39a–c. Die Nachbauten wurden bis 1982 errichtet und beherbergen kulturelle Einrichtungen zur Hamburger Musikgeschichte, wie das Telemann-Museum, und das Johannes-Brahms-Museum.
English: Peterstraße is a small street in the Neustadt of Hamburg, featuring mostly Baroque reconstructions of red-brick town-houses, as similarly built during the 17th century. They mainly house cultural institutions related to Hamburg's music history, such as the Telemann-Museum, and the Johannes-Brahms-Museum.
