English: The Pomona Assembly Center was located at the Los Angeles County Fairgrounds (Fairplex) in Pomona, Los Angeles County, California. It held a total of 5,514 (a maximum of 5,434 at one time) Japanese American internees from the counties of Los Angeles, San Francisco and Santa Clara in 1942.
- Internees were sent from the Pomona Assembly Center to the Heart Mountain, Tule Lake and Manzanar War Relocation Centers.
