Category talk:Dalmatiner

Why is this category named after the German name of the breed? I could understand that in the case the breed was German, but as it's definitely not I just wonder. I think the correct name of the category should be either "Dalmatinač" (as it's called in its native origin country Croatia), "Dalmatinski pas" (alternative Croatian name and also the name the FCI actually officially refers to, in addition to the English name) or "Dalmatian" (the English name). --Canarian (talk) 23:37, 24 April 2014 (UTC)

Category names should be in English when available and plausible, but in many cases people just create cats in whatever language they speak an it stays because no one has bothered to rename it. --Pitke (talk) 20:59, 25 April 2014 (UTC)
