- Well, my experience shows that if you have a shorter category name like Iris, most people that use Hotcat or check for blue links, try that first and if it works (meaning blue), they think that they have found "their" Iris. So if you leave the cat Iris there, it is going to "attract" a significant part of all the Iris variations creating a lot of maintenance work. When you have names of comparable size/complexity, people tend to read them and try to pick the correct one. --Foroa (talk) 12:02, 2 October 2008 (UTC)
