Copyright on pictures

Since they are sculptures by a living sculptor, can Commons keep photos of the actual Strandbeesten? Some of them could be covered by Commons:Freedom of panorama, but those indoors seem less legal to me. --Error (talk) 15:10, 21 October 2022 (UTC)
