I would say: Lets keep it. This keeps a better chance to get them categorized. If someone stumbles over one of those cats, he sees clearly its uncategorized and perhaps he knows where to put it. Without interest into it he "normaly" dont stumble over it. The creators of those cats could notice the "unc" edit on their watchlist and may react with categorizing them. regards. --JuTa 17:54, 8 January 2019 (UTC)

@JuTa: I think novice page creators do not notice this.When the special page is updated, the subpages of "Category:Uncategorized categories" are not included so there is no focus on a particular page.Thank you ديفيد عادل وهبة خليل 2 (talk) 08:29, 26 February 2019 (UTC)
