- The National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum is releasing a larger portion of their collection online lately, many are in the public domain. Is there a practical way to batch extract and upload files that are tagged with "http://rightsstatements.org/vocab/NoC-US/1.0/" under the "Copyright note" section? They basically confirm which files are in the public domain. Or they will sometimes post in that same section "The National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum is not aware of any U.S. copyright or any other restrictions in the documents."
