Haven't we had this issue pop up here a while ago? Is this template substitution really a must do job? Is there a policy behind this, beyond [[User:Rocket000]'s Must be substituted template? I cannot find much discussion about this. --Dschwen (talk) 05:20, 24 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
