La Repubblica Turca di Cipro del Nord è uno stato de facto situato sull’estremità nordorientale dell’isola di Cipro.

Cipro del Nord divenne autonomo nel 1974 con l’appoggio militare della Turchia, della quale è considerata Stato-fantoccio, e nel 1983 dichiarò l’unilaterale indipendenza senza tuttavia che questa venisse internazionalmente riconosciuta: la comunità internazionale, infatti, considera Cipro del Nord come parte integrante della repubblica di Cipro.
