@Ikan Kekek: The red part that you are pointing to? It is present on Charle's picture: File:Cape glossy starling (Lamprotornis nitens).jpg and quite a few other pictures on Google Images. This may indicate that it might be biological--BoothSift 03:31, 23 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
