I'm afraid that I don't understand what do you mean. This is a very quality photo of the part of monument on the UNESCO list, so why it couldn't be among the featured pictures? --Jirib (talk) 13:20, 11 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I think Kleuske is seeing a "problem" where there is none. Spirals and other geometric repeating patterns are pleasing to the eye. That's why the architect used them and why people like to photograph them. We have plenty domed ceilings and nobody tires of them. Or birds in flight. Or portraits...
