Comment I think my suggested scope means the same as yours but is shorter (more concise). Please explain in more detail why you disagree. DeFacto (talk). 18:59, 27 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Comment Because I am not a historian. And I cann't say where oldest part ends and where old part begins. It's very conditional. I don't want to create a conditional category. --Мирослав Видрак (talk) 19:38, 27 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Comment I think we misunderstand each other. There is no category change (no new category, no renamed category) required. Just a shorter description applied to the existing category for the image scope. Like this: {{c|Saint Sophia Cathedral in Kiev - view from bell tower|Oldest part of Saint Sophia Cathedral, Kiev - SE view from belfry}} - where the category is "Saint Sophia Cathedral in Kiev - view from bell tower" and the description is the more specific "Oldest part of Saint Sophia Cathedral, Kiev - SE view from belfry" to narrow the scope within the category. Does that make sense? DeFacto (talk). 19:53, 27 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Comment I had changed a scope to : {{c|Saint Sophia Cathedral in Kiev - view from bell tower|Oldest part of Saint Sophia Cathedral, Kiev - SE view from belfry}} --Мирослав Видрак (talk) 20:10, 27 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
