Comment@Jacek Halicki: : An exceptional proposal requires a good justification. To date, no justiciation, good or bad, has been made why an exception should be made. Who is the sculptor of this deer? Comment@Palauenc05: , @Llez: , @DeFacto: I am unhappy that @Jacek Halicki: has not responded to my questions. This image shows the market square as it was between 1890 and 1900. No 44 is shown quite clearly - it is the second building on the right and has the name "Alexander Markt". ALthough it has no number, Numer 45 can be seen on the adjoining building "Korte ....". There is no golden deer in this photograph from which I deduce that the golden deer is a 20th or 21st century addition and therefore needs a very good justification to be classed as a "Valued Image". To date I have not seen a justification and for all I know, this might just be a glass-fibre molding that one can see in any high street in any town. Martinvl (talk) 07:14, 5 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]
@Martinvl: I think that's number 46 you are looking at, as the next one along is 47. Also, as I understand it, Wroclaw (Breslau) was all but completely flattened in WWII by the Red Army, and was totally rebuilt, so most, if not everything, was rebuilt in the late 20th century.
