Is that neccecary? Via "How to choose your scope", "Think of scope as being akin to a Commons Category, or to the generic title of a Gallery page. If you wish, you can make use of an existing category - or alternatively write your own scope." Explodingcreepsr (talk) 05:44, 28 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Standard practice is to link a Commons category whenever possible, for the convenience of the reviewers (in case there are other images in scope) and the users. -- Ikan Kekek (talk) 19:36, 28 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Fair enough. I don't believe there is a Commons category or gallery for this, as it is a relatively new and pretty rare genetic disorder. I linked the scope to the English Wikipedia article though, as that is the next on the priority list according to the scope page. Explodingcreepsr (talk) 22:11, 28 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Dont think there should be any legal issues. Explodingcreepsr (talk) 18:59, 28 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I created Snijders Blok-Campeau syndrome. Sometimes it's easiest to just create the category. A category of one is not ideal, but defensible if it's likely there will be more files in there in the future. I don't see what reason there would be for deletion here. If it's appropriate for an open access journal, it should be ok here (any reputable journal would be looking for things like IRB approvals, etc. that would require consent for publishing photos like this). — Rhododendritestalk | 15:16, 29 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
