Reason	Rare photo of this object in good quality and well documented. But unhappy only part of ship is visible. I am not assured, whether it is valuable, however this best that we have in scope. -- George Chernilevsky ^talk
Review (criteria)	Oppose The obstructed view, which you mention yourself makes it fail criterion 3 Must illustrate its subject well, in my opnion. the ship in front of it is a major distracting element.
